you can put the account in the guests group. If you do this, it will be like the old guest account. They won't be able to install or uninstall store apps, nor open settings app, nor use One Drive. You can change the account group in either Local Uers and Groups (requires pro or upwards), Netplwiz (available in all editions) or via command prompt (as admin, available in all editions). Also, he made one error. The built-in guest account CAN be enabled and used now but the start menu and windows search won't work, but otherwise it can be enabled and logged in to, though you need to press CTRL+ALT+DEL to log out.
