@@psychewrite about the timetable I think it's nicely made but the study you have divided is in big chunks you should just divide into like 9.15 to 12 pm will be good instead of 1 and smalls breaks are offcourse essential depending upon your study capacity you can give 🌹 best of luck for your exams (btw from which College and city you have your graduation)

We hv comon specialization exam aftr mbbs based mostly on mbbs 5 yr syllabus. then its on merit u get training in different fields. intermediate & part 2 exam is then field based. u tell u r frm which field?

saw this video a year ago when i was struggling with time management. took notes and kick started my day. went well for a while then slowly the vicious cycle came back and now i'm here again. jeeta jaagta example of external motivation is as useless as completing the syllabus but not revising it. but i'm still willing to improve myself. and istg the phase i'm going through rn can be considered one of the shitt1est phases of my life but mumma didnt raise no loser. i'll fight back.

What I believe is that if you are a student who is involved in a evening coaching batch then waking up early morning like at four o'clock will generally exhaust you tell your coaching time that is at 1:00 p.m. or 2 p.m. and I also experienced that the focus that I devoted in my coaching has degraded when I wake up early in the morning. I believe that either studying too much on the night or waking up to early is not as much effective as distributing the time between night and morning
