    Summary:-
    1. We and our mind are different and we control our mind. What the mind thinks is not reality and we tend to react to what it thinks, unnecessarily. So analyse what the mind is thinking and separate yourself from your mind.
    2. Giving your attention is like giving your money. Give it only where the return is higher than the cost. Don't give attention to anything for atleast 1 hour everyday.
    3. Concentrate on your breath for 10-20 min per day and think only what you want your mind to think.
    4. Imagination is more important than knowledge.
    5. Imagine, write, plan, act.

    Some online study tips...next topic please. 7-8 hours online classes in a day!!! It's so tired 😴... Not only body but mind. You can't find the energy to do new things. HOW to handle this situation.... it's a big question???? I think lots of students wants to know this answer as well.
