India actually celebrates Navy Day on December 5th. This day commemorates the Indian Navy's success in Operation Trident during the Indo-Pakistan War of 1971. On December 4, 1971, the Indian Navy launched a surprise attack on the Pakistani Naval Headquarters in Karachi, sinking three Pakistani ships, including the PNS Khaibar.
    Jai hind. 🇮🇳

Thank you to the west for inventing all of the modern technology that the Indian navy now enjoys, and in particular thank you to the British for giving India a modern military structure!
