Yes , both men and women work for the society. When it comes to compare their talents in the field of management , i would like to go with the women as a good manager . Yes , it's so that women have to go through many natural processes . Giving birth to baby is one of them. So as compared to men , women get less opportunities to prove their skills but are still more effective. It's an old saying that nothing is permanent except change. There is the same situation. In past although men were good managers but now women are also in competition. The women which earlier used to manage households, children and themselves and the whole family is now getting a chance to manage in the other fields. So they are already a good manager and now managing society and ultimately the country which is a proud feeling not for society but for the whole country.
