How do you see women empowerment dear viewers?
My point of view women should not go outside for job or any places.
So boys should not go outside let women go outside 😅
the point of focus is that they are not weak that we need to empower them
actually we need to empower the societal belief and attitude of providing equal opportunity and equal respect to both gender- this is where the empowerment is to come
actually they do not need empowerment via reservation or some physical or mental help the only area where empowerment to be brought is at the level of societal attitude and pre conceived notion regarding boy and girl
I think and this is not just my thoughts but indeed facts that no one should deny. The Almighty created men and women differently, different in emotions, physique,biological roles and responsibilities. We are not equal in all terms, we are differently equal. That this generation needs to understand.
We are equal, but differently. Just look at the nature, for example a lion. A lion shows his muscularity and strength to impress a lioness and so does other creatures . It's true that men and women are biologically and emotionally distinct, each with their own unique strengths and characteristics. From a biological standpoint, men and women have different reproductive roles and physical attributes tailored to those roles. Men generally possess greater muscle mass and physical strength, while women often have different hormonal profiles and reproductive capacities.
These differences extend beyond the physical realm and manifest in emotional expression and cognitive patterns as well. Men and women may approach problem-solving, communication, and decision-making differently due to a combination of biological and societal influences.
Acknowledging these differences doesn't diminish the value of either gender; rather, it underscores the richness and diversity of human experience. Society functions best when it embraces and celebrates these differences, recognizing that equality doesn't mean uniformity. Rather, it means affording equal respect, opportunities, and rights to individuals regardless of their gender, while appreciating and accommodating their unique qualities and contributions.
Nature offers myriad examples of gender differences and complementary roles. From the peacock's vibrant display to the nurturing instincts of a mother bear, diversity and specialization abound in the natural world. Similarly, human societies thrive when they recognize and leverage the strengths of both men and women, allowing each to contribute in ways that are aligned with their inherent abilities and inclinations.
Ultimately, the concept of being "equal but different" encourages mutual respect, understanding, and cooperation between genders, fostering a more inclusive and harmonious society.

Pooja, in this debate, your points are excellent . But the organiser wrongly guide and gives false news about reservation in the debate . Reservation is not meant for selecting brilliant people alone.The reservation only opens the gate for socially backward people to the main stream. Hundreds of years the opportunity was captured by upper community. Socially backward people were forbidden by them from empowerment including women. But they never tried overall improvement other than their own community.Hence the women empowerment should be done in all parts of life .

As a student Pooja's focus was to express her thoughts in only "English Language", so due to this she could be presumed to be less confident or losing confidence to put across her point, but in real life, if you struggle to find right words, continue with your native language and express. Actually Puja is not satisfied in her married life .
