Bro mai abhi 485 pr hu aour abb mai marriage kra kr india se apni wife ko dependent visa pr bulata hu toh uske badh apni wife ko study krva skta hu kya? Unko mai applicant bna skta hu kya?
Nahi agr unka b 485 visa lag jata he to new rules ke hisab se nai krva sakte… It’s better ke aap unko vha se hi student visa pr bulaye… Because dependent visa me unko b 485 visa hi milega..
Muskil he bhai improve ka to.. unless government koi new rules la de visa process fast karne ke.. Baki almost sabko time lag jata he visa approval me.. But depends on your luck as well.
