Put cleaning tablet into my Jura ema90 before I was prompted to do so. When the cleaning cycle finished, the table appeared on the tray essentially whole. What do I do?

Dear Tammy Wozny Thank you for your inquiry. After 180 preparations or 80 switch-on rinses, the ENA will prompt you to clean it. If not prompted, you can start the cleaning process manually at any time. - Press and hold the Rotary Switch until RINSE appears. - Press the Rotary Switch to enter the programme item. Bought one of these brand new, completely poured water out of the box. Total piece of crap. Near impossible to fix or open, no options other than throw it out or just return it. Would never buy another Jura again.
