this old three-horse town…with no struggle or strife
Then I walked into that bar and there I saw you
something lit up inside of my chest and I swore you
were the sweetest thing I’d ever seen in my Life
Days went by and now I’m startin’ to know you
There’s a lot left to see and so much left to show you
that I’ve never really wanted to show…and that’s how I know…
You just might be the one I’ve been waitin’ my Life for
Tried to sneak in the back but you showed me the front door
right into your heart…so that’s the place that I’m gonna’ go
Cuz I’ve got nothing but Time and Intention
I really do love you, I’ve been meaning to mention
that I want to spend the rest of my Life lying right here beside you
Let’s grow old together, have some real good times
because Life is a poem that don’t always rhyme
Just read between the lines and you’ll always find something to guide you
I was looking for some Hope but instead I found Devine Intervention
…at this moment right here in time…I got nothing but Time and Intention
So now months have gone by and we’re still together
There hasn’t been a Storm we ain’t been able to weather
There ain’t nothing that can get in our way…we are Perpetual Motion
And as sure as the diamond volcanoes keep blowing
there is love and there’s Love then there’s intrinsically Knowing
when a spring of eternal love becomes Thundering Ocean
Cuz I’ve got nothing but Time and Intention
and the Love that I feel defies all comprehension
that I want to spend the rest of my Life lying right here beside you
We can have ourselves some children and some real good times
Because Life is like a poem and it don’t have to rhyme
You have opened up the door but now I want to go deeper inside you
Even when we disagree I never take it as a sign of dissention

So the years have gone by and we’re still going strong
All our kids have grown up and they knew all along
they are the perfect product of our crazy unbridled emotion
And as sure as the tide and the wind that is blowin’
there is love and there’s Love then there’s intrinsically Knowing
that the spring of Eternal Love becomes a Fathomless Ocean
Cuz we’ve got nothing but Time and Intention
and I really love you, Angel, maybe I didn’t mention
that I want to spend the rest of my days with you to hold me and guide me
We’ve grown old together, had some real good times
You know our Lives are like a poem that never really rhymed

And after all of this I think that maybe I might have forgotten to mention…
