Hey, I had that same payment issue (or at least the same result with the Payment Progress Notification window hanging). It turned out to be my browser. I just changed my default to MS Edge and that fixed my payment problem.

The payment issue started for me after a few days. 1 day i bought like 20 different packs cause there are a bunch of little packages for a couple bucks sometimes. They need to make it so we can either add a balance like how steam does it or make us que multiple transactions before purchase.

Stop being lazy and start putting clips I don't have all day to watch a whole stream you put a freaking title and thumbnail and you expect me to watch a 4h stream...
