    Hearing a Russian twice is my preference, often the second time I notice a subtle pronunciation aspect. These are very useful!

    Repeating twice is great, also leaving some time for students to think and give an answer is excellent. Congrats. Continue the great work.

    It's great to hear it twice and it also re-enforces it in the subconscious for long term memory.

    Hello Nastya, apart from the number of repetitions and the speed with which you pronounce the words, I would also recommend, to always show imperfective/perfective verb pairs and a few small sentences for each with simple words, in past / present / future. Then you could rename the video like: learn while you sleep, complete vocabulary A1-B2, with sentences to train verb aspects and tenses! By the way, I also very much like the pictures you show together with each word - therefore, I will stay awake while learning.

    You are definitely my favorite Russian teacher. Thank you for the videos! Also, the word "colleague" in English is pronounced like "COLL-EEG" (you have the 'coll' portion correct in both pronunciation and accent). The 'eague' ending is really abnormal in English, but in this case it is pronounced "EEG". Thank you so much, take care!

    I really appreciate your lessons. I prefer that the first time you pronounce a word, you do it very slowly, then, let us repeat it, then, you pronounce it faster, but give us enough time to breathe in and repeat, maybe not as fast as you do. This is a beginning level, so, even a third time would be quite helpful. Thank you. (I also like to write the word in both English and Russian on the first round, because I want to become literate, not just to speak casually, so it is important to me to get the spelling correctly.)

  • @rolandbenz7011
    @rolandbenz7011 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Спасибо за ваше видео: Definitely twice - with normal speed and if you like, slightly slower for beginners. But it actually does not really matter, because the speed can be changed to 0.75 or 0.5 in the settings and by pressing the arrow key, the video goes back 5 seconds, in case someone wants to hear a word again. Even though, I personally watch most videos with 1.75 or 2.0 and only halt and rewind them, where I need to think or repeat. That way, I can repeat the contents more often in the same time.
