You are welcome! There are many reasons like grammar, everyday usage, pronunciation.
Thank you for the list. Do you have this A2 word list in a short story form? That seems like a great combination in learning vocabulary, reading, pronunciation and hearing comprehension.

Russian with Nastya I used your last story and have spent time trying to figure out how to combine it with your 150 word list; it’s seem effective. Single word vocabulary list is demotivating and nearly unless without content behind the words. The story ties the word list together, giving it more meaning. Thank you much for your time and sharing. I hope my comments help you as well in refining your teaching.

@@Russianlanguage It is OK. It is a minor point. By the way, I have finished. My concept of elementary words is similar to A1 and A2 but not identical. But it is still useful to contrast and compare your set and mine. I emphasize English cognates, but only to master the Russian alphabet. Concrete things that can be seen, touched, played with, eaten are always first. Intangibles are for later: honesty, fear, boredom, intelligence and so forth.
