Both of them are pretty awesome. Evergrey always brings it. Tom and Henrik and very accomplished players. Solos aren't just 80's. Play what moves you, whatever it is. Judgmental people are just shitty people.

Not one, but TWO incredible, incinerating solos back to back. And sweeping along is a set of soothing lush euphoria synthwaves. Huge powerhouse chorus full of hope and hanging in there. Massive cascade of riffs rock it all off. This is a Superb song! The most underrated band in the world are back again. If this is only a tantalizing selection of whats to come, we are in for a well deserved treat. Yes.

There are legendary bands out there that have their own style and musical identity. Iam not saying that Evergrey are legends, probably not even Tom(who is so modest) would say that . But DAMN they do have their own identity as well. Their sound is so aggressively soothing. I like them so much. Proud as a Greek also for Giannis Nakos for the cover art.
I love Evergrey, it's interesting how they can follow a "genre" but still be very original, they are on my top 5 bands for years :)
They are just progressive heavy metal with power metal elements, nothing THAT original really. But the way they put it together is amazing
I am here because of Ola's review of Henrik's Charvel. What a freaking band. The vocals are just beautiful. Made me feel some of the greatness of the 80's metal era.
Each of these guys are masters of their instruments. They understand metal in a way that’s so unique and appealing. Consistently album after album. That’s really hard for most bands to achieve. My favorite band.

I drove from Phoenix to LA for thier debut date in the USA on thier last tour. This may sound silly, but it was one of the best things I ever did. The Atlantic and now this. @@scottcaturanosc I think it was just north LA.. It was amazing. Sad I had the make the trip alone. Met with them after the show a bit and had them sign a custom poster I had made. Once in a lot kind of deal, now with the Covid thing it even makes the trip more valuable in my life.
