I left the city in 2002 and it's crazy how much it changed over the years. I can feel the change out in the suburbs as gentrification has pushed a lot of the original inhabitants outward, in every direction.

So glad you came across the trolley from the Mt Airy Trolley car diner. It was donated to the Fishtown business district to be placed outside the Fillmore music venue and I was wondering what happened to it.

Actually this area while not the greatest seemed to be relatively safe. I like how people are just going about their business and nothing crazy seems to be happening. IDK what happens after dark though. I will say this the business owners seem to be trying.

I remember reading an article that Engineers had said roundabouts are10 times more efficient than your standard crisscross stop-and-go red lights

Roundabouts don't have stop signs to enter them. This keeps traffic flowing. Circles that were in NJ you had to stop at a stop sign to enter.
