Been collecting since 1997, and Mattel has changed so much since then with their Hotwheel line. The 95s were the 1st series and sooooo easy to search for. Then they changed the green T.H. banner to the right side of the card where it went up and down. Still, those were SUPER easy to look for. Later, they removed the green banner and added a small treasure chest logo to the side of the card, but of course, NOW theyve made things far more difficult than in the earlier years. You have to pay far better attention nowadays. Personally, i buy from other collectors and dealers at shows cause its easy to be scammed by on-line sellers. RLC cars and convention pieces are my personal favorites, but I also have a large T.H. collection and custom made cars, which MANY can look far better than many of the factory produced toys. In addition, the Car Culture cars, or as many of us call em "premiums" are often cool to get but still rare. Lots of people buy em all up, but theyre far more detailed with metal bases and real riders. Theres lots to learn about this hobby, especially if youre looking to venture off intl the older series like the crack-ems, california customs, real riders, hot ones, or even the original red lines on the larger cards of red and yellow.
I just found a f&f track hawk at one of my local krogers,but I still haven't been able to find a treasure hunt or super yet still hunting for them though lol

Are the cars somehow different versions or do they repackage the same car from past years? Lastly how do you know how many of said treasure hunt or super treasure hunt cars were made? Thanks

Its always the workers having the leg up! I still try to go to stores as early and as often as possible. Ive gotten a couple of THs over the course of 3 months. I hope i can get one by at least the end of this year.

I just found the time shifter treasure hunt at my local Walmart. I kept looking at it and then grabbed it to check it out better and it says treasure hunt right on the car plus it has the flame on the car and the card. It even says on the card behind the car it's a treasure hunt. Only one I have found so far.
Hey I just found your channel, great info. Thank you. You listed 4 ways to find a STH Hot wheels car. Because of your video I just noticed a 5th way which seams to be the easiest of all. On the card if you look at the car's photo you will see the TH on the car. It is in the same placement on the cars photo as it is on the car itself. Now you might already know this or have posted it somewhere amongst your videos, as I just said I just found your videos and I have not seen any of them as yet except for this one. I will watch more and maybe hear you talk about this 5 identifier or I just found something you didn't know. I just started hunting Hot Wheels and having a good time doing it. Thanks again!!
Do you remember if it was matchbox or Hot Wheels that had the rear wheels that you could basically pull up or down and it would almost be like air shocks jacking the car up and down.
Now I know why there are none hanging up in the stores we get ahold like you in there digging through the crap before it even makes it on the shelf I hope that makes you feel big
The value sometimes decrease or increases over time. If you're collecting them then hold onto it! But if you're trying to resell then it would be a better option to sell it while it is popular. Good luck on the hunt!

It is very hard to find anything since the netflix let's race very popular series. The hot wheels section always empty.
I went through about six cases and came up with three supers and they were all C cases there was a regulars in every case one even had two

Unfortunately there is no team transport super treasure hunts.
Found a Hot Wheel that is still in the package that is a C6 Corvette but it doesn't have any Wheels is that normal or rare
