Person who made this clip doesn't know Matsuri very much. She's personally said she's had a girlfriend irl before joining hololive, she literally goes around kissing other (female) holomems irl, just because lol. I mean, MAYBE she's bi, but i'm pretty sure she's just straight up lesbian. Yeah, i know lots of vtubers play up the "yuri" for the fans, but considering she said she had a girlfriend irl, i don't think it's a bit. So the title is wrong, it should say "person" not man, because in all likelihood she was talking about her dream girl lol
For anyone that doesn't know Japanese, she did not say "he" or "him" once, that was inserted by the translator. At least in this clip, she didn't make any allusions to gender. In fact, she said they should look like an "idol", which is a female lol
