    Wow! You are EXELLENT with explaining things! We just got 2 new sensors to add to our existing Guardline system, which we love, but we’ve been having a hard time pairing them. Thank you for this video. I’m hoping this will help us. If not I’ll give your company a call. Have a great day

    Hi I received my package today, 500ft receiver and four wireless motion sensors brown color. It actually performed more than my expectetions. It detected movements of more than double the distance 40tf (12meter) advertised distance, in fact 80tf plus. I'm too impressed.I happy about the Gaudline product. I tested two sensors so far. I ordered from amazon in south africa, delivered in Nelspruit.

    This is much better instruction than the written directions that came with my second sensor.

    What frustrating equipment. I recommend this video to anyone setting up multiple sensors. The first Guardian video is crap and leaves out some detail. After resetting these a few times, I got the config I wanted. It really shouldn't be like that. I'll see if this does what I need after a Ninja walked into my garage at 4am and waved at my HD Video in 4K. Next time that happens I'll have several layers of motion detection from two different vendors. Hoping this is one good layer.

    Excellent video. Too bad the instruction manual that comes with the units is not as thorough. We were able to get one unit to pair, but could never get the second one to pair. After trying to pair the second unit for over an hour we gave up, boxed the items up and are returning. I am guessing it is a defective sensor as the first sensor paired as easily as shown in this video. Unfortunately, they are not solar powered with battery backup. Never could find out how long the batteries are expected to last.

    I just purchased 3 additional sensors to add to my existing system I've had for a few years and LOVE. The new sensors will not pair no matter what I do. No beeps - ever. What are all the little switches for in the new sensors? I got no instructions at all with the new sensors. I need help and can't get in touch with anyone.

    I have to change the sensor batteries but can't remove the cover after removing the 4 screws. Trying to insert a screwdriver between the cover and base destroys the plastic. It's a vert tight fit - any suggestions.

    Mine won't play the confirmation tone after I've changed the melody. All I get is beep beep on all 4 of mine. So frustrating! This video only helps if your system gives you the confirmation tone.

    I set up systems as part of my business and I was called by a person who bought a four set of these. The customer of mine put the same melody on two sensors, then could not undo it. So, I was called and they were correct; the system will not uncouple. This needs to be addressed in the quick start guide or the company does not deserve the customers they get to purchase these systems.
    The two sensors are on the same melody and using that SAME technique, I cannot reset the entire system so, that everything can be reset. The marked reset button is inert or broken. I would not recommend these if the manufacturers can't get their act together.
    This is a flaw in product and/or instruction. Most alarm system will have a fail-safe factory reset button to make base station and ALL sensors go back to like new. This one likely has the same, it is just not properly addressed in the instructions nor in these videos.
    Either a engineering quality defect or a technical writing error/omission. *IF YOU HAVE POORLY CONCEIVED INSTRUCTIONS, YOU HAVE AN INFERIOR PRODUCT*

    I bought a new sensor to go with the existing system. It won't even try to pair up. I'm looking for something different now....

    How long do the batteries in the sensors typically last?

    Do they have one that don't pick up wildlife and just body heat?

    • @Guardline
      @Guardline  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Timothy no unfortunately we're no way for infrared sensors to distinguish between people and wildlife, but lots of our customers just adjust the pick up distance to a lower setting.
