- VFX 3 introduces Real Lens Flares. The first iteration of our new lens flare tool that models the genuine behavior of light through an actual model of a lens. Real Lens Flares is unlike anything else out there. Light it up and see the beginning of a new dawn in visual effects.

Honestly the price for VFX suite is very high for a individual creator and we don't use all effects often, Wish you can provide them separately and less price 🙏🏻
Red Giant Complete includes a ton of tools - some of which you definitely should be using on every project! We do offer a month-to-month option, if you really do only want it for a little bit, if that helps.
@@MaxonRedgiant Most creators are not big studios, but individual freelancers who do not earn a lot of money from their work. We create all the time commercially, so we need good tools, but we do not create for a lot of money, so the price should be adequate to earnings. Look at the top of the top in special effects like Houdini or Nuke. Although these are software for professionals, they give the opportunity to work on them for small studios and the creator for little money in the Indie version. With the approach you have, creators like me (and there are most of us) will leave you and use much better but also cheaper solutions. You put logs under your feet, along with Adobe...

What about stability? I remember Premiere Pro always crashing, or even freezing my entire PC, when working with Universe in a 4K environment! Did you guys fix that?
There are variables across systems that can't be accounted for, but this new update does include quite a few bug fixes. Of note, the Universe foundation was rebuilt in our previous update, so it should run better than ever.

They get paid for an expensive subscription, they don't want to update anything. That's why I gave up and stayed with the old plugs I had bought. It's damn expensive ..
When will the VFX suite with Supercomp come to Davinci Resolve??? That would EPIC for a number of us switching to resolve...
What features of Supercomp would you like to see in Resolve? That is to say, Supercomp is basically doing node-based compositing under the hood and Resolve comes with Fusion (which is a node-based compositor). What functionality are you missing in Resolve/Fusion that you'd like us to fill in?
@@MaxonRedgiant I think what he means is that we'd like to use Supercomp in Davinci just like we do in AE, and not mess with Fusion. At least this is what I mean.
@@MaxonRedgiant Well fusion is great in its own right. However, Supercomp has a phenomenal ease of use with no major learning curve. Fusion is more complex and appeals to the full time VFX artist more than someone like me who wants to quickly comp something for my short film, music video or commercial. In fact Red Giant plugins have saved most of us from HOURS if not days of learning how to perform crazy tasks in software. Perhaps posing this question to the Red Giant community might yield more valuable information?

When is this coming to resolve, if ever?
Which tools would you most like to see in Resolve? We have some of our tools are available in there already - in fact, Magic Bullet Looks just saw a significant improvement for Resolve in today's update.
