- DAY 5 Enchantment of the Seas will celebrate her 27th birthday this year(2024) One of Royal Caribbeans oldest cruise ships. So Elegant and Enchanting. Enchantment had a few refits during dry docks. One of the refits added more staterooms. She did not look or feel worn at all. Great ship and we had a wonderful time. The crew is absolutely amazing. Our stateroom attendant, room service attendant, guest services, band, entertainment & especially the dining crew. We will be back to enjoy another enchanting cruise. Please subscribe to the channel. Can you buy liquor at the port or dutty free and bring it to the ship or will be hold till the trip finish??
Hello, Duty Free liquor can be purchased at any port. Yes it has to be checked in when you board the ship and held until your departure.
Ship looks very old definitely 26 years old or older lol
Just returned from this cruise and I have to admit it was bad. Really bad. This ship is OLD. It looks OLD, it feels OLD, smells OLD, because it is VERY VERY VERY OLD. It’s like staying at motel 6. Do not recommend this ship to anyone.
Oh so sorry to hear this. Do you remember what deck you were on? Our bathroom had the mist fragrance in the ceiling of the shower. Kept our bathroom smelling fresh. Yes it is an older ship. All ships departing from Tampa are older ships. Based on the Tampa bridge the newer ships cannot fit. Sorry you had such a bad experience. I will be headed out on Lady Enchantment again in the fall.
