They could have made the bathroom bigger by reducing the bedroom space a bit. Bathing in a small bathroom is painful after paying that much.

Not sure what the house market is like, but for £8 million I am expecting gold tabs and a butler. I hope they are going to deal with all those exposed wires around the apartment. If you have an ocean view I assume you are paying for location.

I’m renting dear,my rent is 5.5 million yearly,the 8 million is a total package of the first time payment due to agency and other fees
