things I would suggest is to
1.shut down all the unnecessary colleges, these are the ones that are giving out degrees with no significant skills among students.
2. a career counselling programme which should be mandatory to attend both for students and their parents.
3. would make it necessary Industrial tie-ups with colleges to make them aware of the skill required to work thereafter.
4. implement financial literacy in schools everywhere in the country.

Middle Income trap occurs when potential of country is exhausted. Generally it occurs, when country takes off in development, but slows down after few years. It happens to all countries, unless they do innovation. Japan, South Korea over came this. India is not under this because potential is more in India

We are back with Situation like 1992 ,We need Massive Reforms to convert India from Consumption Growth Economy to Export Driven Economy .Government needs to do something to drastically improve Manufacturing Sector and Agricultural Sector .Rather then doing such things ,Government is busy in bringing more Socialist Policies and Tax Terrorism !
