- In this video i am going to repair a JBL Go Bluetooth speaker, in this JBL Bluetooth speaker no battery backup problem so i am going to show you how you can open or disassemble this jbl go Bluetooth speaker and replace new battery with easy steps at home you just need some tools like screw driver set and Soldring iron.

Reason: last week my jbl go produce cracking sound while playing songs. I guessed something wrong with the diafragma But I don't know how to Open the speaker. 😂
After I had opened it I found out that the outer side ring that surround diafragma (rubber like material) had some cracks. So I decided to apply hot glue on it. Then after 30 minutes I switched on the jbl go and bingo... The jbl go worked normally again.. 👍

It means that you don't have to weld the blue one in the new battery. Only the red (positive)and the black( negative). Sorry for my english fellas

Hi Ravi Ranjan! I appreciate the video, that helped me replace the battery and my jbl works on battery power now. But I have a question, the LED used to shine red when I plugged it in to charge but now it doesnt. I am worried that the charger circuit is not capable to charge my battery or recognise that it is being charged. My battery is also 3.7V but it has 1360 mah capacity (so a bit larger than original). Is it posssible for charger to over charge the battery and make it burn/explode?
Also... how do I know if it is fully charged. Did you have the same problem when you connected it to the charger?

@@sedatulus350 Bende de ayni sorun var, sarj oluyor gozukmuyor. Adam bana cevap olarak "eski batarya devre karti kullandin" yazmis, ben de pcb'yi degistirmedim sadece bataryayi degistirdim dedim. Kisacasi bende de sarj olmuyor ama sarja takiliyken calisiyor.

What if I use bp-4L with spec 1500 mah, 3.7V 5.6Wh. it's still work right? Because we only need to make sure the voltage is the same?
Yes, it will work fine and you would get a much better play time using 1500 mh battery

bro always use shrink tubes for insulating joints in micro electronics to reduce the risk of short circuit

A bit misleading video: the speaker will push hard on the new battery. The speaker is thicker than before. Also, you better of use the original battery charging circuit for a good result.

Edit:- Just remove the bsi wire ,connect the +ve and -ve as it and bam!! it will be charging.

Both battery has own PCB, u have to use jbl battery's PCB to ur bl5c battery

@@LittleBitTechInfo Charging led didnt glow in red. It is a samsung 2.3mahz battery. I got it fixed by removing the middle cable somehow. It charges but i am unsure if it indicates when the charing is done.
