Pretty basic really just on a large scale. They did the calculations on the time frame to build and this was the quickest and best way. Government backed them and there you have it......
I notice None of the workers on the base have safety harnesses on! Never in america! Obviously with so many people, they do not value human life ..much!
Unfortunately safety is not part of this construction design. Not only do they not have harnesses; they are crawling between beams while they are in motion, and walking on them in transport just to name a few issues. 🫣🫣

There is no safety dealing with ton of concrete load, there is only skill dealing safety. If something go wrong with this concrete load even with American body steel protection he would not be alive in case of accident. Safety is attention, conscious working with danger stuff.
Because, oh Chinese troll, the Chinese government is wrecking its own economy financing these huge high speed rail projects to ... nowhere. Nobody can afford to ride them in the western half of the country, so the whole system is losing a fortune.
Are you kidding me? We sent so many jobs to China along with our technology... The reason they can afford to build things so large is because the people who work there get paid near slave wages...
This crane is obsolete already .... it unnecessarily wastes a lot of time and money. A crane or erector is not needed and can be done away with ... if Arquimedes was still alive, he would say that only 2 bridge sections, wheels, cables, anchors, and weights are only needed

TOFU?
I'm absolutely amazed at this technology...and they all know what they're doing...awesome video
Absolutely amazing 😎
Wow! That launching gantry is ginormous ! I'm sure most of their bridges are built to a common size and are easy to fabricate.
Very impressive !. Great video 👍
Every thing is huge. Amazing beams sizes. Wow factor all the way, and very impressive engineering.
You would never catch me working under one of those beams, no matter HOW strong the crane structure is!
The machinery and the skills are impressive! 👍
I don't see anything impressive at all
Wow! That is impressive engineering.
Amazing 👍👍👍

These are great achievements that God has created, causing an impressive wave of machinery
"How do they lower those humungous girders?"
"Very carefully!"
Amazing🙌👏❤
Nice work
8 puny little pins on each end to hold All that weight? Freaking TOFU bridges!
The pins are smallish but i think their job is just to stop sideway movement, rather than to hold the weight. 😁
@@Raymond_Lee888 even for that they are puny!
Unfortunately the 4 pin configuration will not hold a shift in the soil over time. The idea is good the engineering is somewhat flawed.
You don't see the square feet? It fitted into a slot. I doubt there are lateral movement.

Having to install the mounts WHILE ITS MOVING DOWN just seems stressful.
Seems pretty efficient no 200 union workers standing around.
Hate authoritarianism, but can't help but like clever engineering......
У этого авторитаризма совсем другое лицо.
Your understanding of authoritarianism is twisted. You are brain washed by the Western media.
Hats off to the crane operator!
If only Chinese quality could match their ingenuity, they'd be unstoppable...

Came here to make the exact same comment--no fall gear seen anywhere!😮(Thanks..)

I like it how they're wearing hard hats. Like that's gonna save them
They also keep out rain pretty good 💦✔️

For the weight, the joints for these bridges always seen so small and flimsy.

Мы тоже строим, но технологии отсталые. Например, методом надвижки металлоконструкций моста, а после строим дорожное полотно. У китайцев сразу все готовое привозят с завода ЖБИ.
Cabins for birds may be built on such big bridges so that their breeding continues.🎉
Yesssss
This was a over the road span, traffic backed up for meters.
Laying an 800-ton bridge deck is harder than stringing beads!
That bridge already fell

China.... bloody amazing engineering.... wish the west was as good.
We were!
Yeah, we were, a long time ago before the lawyers and politicians sucked the very life out of it.
Gimme a break. China does everything by standing on the shoulders of the west.
Where you think they got the know how?
Given the chance they steal any info the US has.

The subtitles weren’t helpful.
Looks like it's actually concrete and not tofu.
