Yes I used to fear time alone, but then I started to learn how to grow in all parts of my life, now I crave my alone time

Many of the people I have experienced in life carry a lot of fear. Their ways towards me caused me to look deeply for the truth. And it did set me free. Until a person can turn to face their fear which can be intense, feeling gratitude despite living in plenty and safety is not possible for them, from what I have observed. Maybe a video about psyche fear (versus bodily threat) and how people can chip away at it.

Is it the seeking of or wish to find a place of emotional buoyancy or balance within while life swirls around us that will allow us to discover our true purpose which then might open up opportunities to practice these wonderful ideas or can it be that the realization of “necessity” is enough? Thank you for your teaching today! 🤔

Wow, you’ve posed such a profound and intriguing question! I also wonder whether inner balance is the key to guiding us, or if the realization of 'necessity' is what truly awakens us. What do you think-could it be a combination of both, allowing us to discover our purpose while enjoying the journey? I’d love to hear more of your thoughts!
