For funds that are for PPE that are not under a contract would that be included under Aggregate of Direct Payments in the Expenditure tab? Also, would ARPA administration expense/payroll expenses/rehiring be entered as Aggregate of Direct Payments?
I cannot get into the portal so where do I get in and change the information on who reports as our staff has changed and we do not no how to get in the portal
Is this also due by april 30? My portal is not similar to what is shown in here.
