Yes, be mad on someone who is afraid to fight some huge invincible being of 14 meters. If you think you have a better chance, go on lol. It's always the people who say they has the bravery to do something, who will run. And if you didn't understand correctly, titans are very very strong beings, stronger than humans. You'll not fight them recklessly and die for nothing, if you are not an idiot. And you have to not be very sane in your mind, to not fear them. You'll see later in the anime. But for simple humans like us, titans are just very very difficult to kill. Just for one titan, you have to fight with at least four mens with the manoeuver gear that can make them fly. If you don't have a gear and only a sword, you'll die.
This was one of my first anime, I did watched it eng dubbed and subbed, but either way this anime is my number one and I don’t get tired of watching it. Once you watch it all, when you rewatch it you’ll see things like foreshadowing. Amazing storytelling and masterpiece.
I'm subbed to ur other channel for bts and kdrama tiktoks but omfg im so glad y'all started on this journey! this story is so wilddd and it'll surprise you how such small things have meaning in the long run! its so awesome y'all are watching it in the original Japanese dub- the English dub version has some cool moments and a few excellent voice actors but honestly I don't see how those small moments compare to the dubbing of the og Japanese version where every voice actor is so top-notch!

animes also have a manga (which is basically a book) where you can also understand more explained everything, you don't need to see it, but in the manga it sometimes includes a lot of things that aren't in the anime, some animes even completely change everything that came in the manga. so once you finish this anime, it would be incredible if you read the manga of this anime. as i said, it's not necessary but you'll understand some things better. i also hope that later you will see the "ova’s" of this anime, which is basically like a section that helps you learn more about the stories of other important characters but you need to see it later because you're just getting started and not even half of the characters have come out yet.
