TWM Short Shifter Installation - EVO X

Here is the TWM Full Cage Replacement Short Shifter Installation Video. Highly recommend it to all EVO X owners out there. I did not like the stock shifter feel at all when I first test drove it. With this new product from TWM, it makes it feel much more solid and precise/direct.

I loved mine. Made shifting feel like I was operating a bolt action rifle super smooth. Get the AMS 5 gate speed selector bushing and that makes things better. I also had the AMS front engine mount(the red one that was supposed to be the race version).

Sweet pick up. My car had the TWM already when I bought it but I hear stock shifter is terrible. :/ I will be installing shifter cable and gate selector bushings on my Evo X next in hopes of that perfect shift feel.

How did you fit your gauges in that apr gauge pod theyre 60mm correct?

Jeremy Fong I think so, theyre from first owner but they have like a rubber adapter around them to fit them in.

Justin Baccay The ones they come with are taller. and have a narrow top on top to fit inside the metal base.
