I have recurring nightmares about my ex and his… not anymore partner stabbing me in the back but this makes it all feel better ngl.

Had a nightmare about watching my family one by one sacrifice themselves one by one for me to survive in a silent hill scenario thing and it would repeat over and over and finally I woke up because of my cat this helped afterwards thx

I had a nightmare still remember that night so during the event I was in a
mall the store were closed and i was being chased by a tall humanoid figure it was all black it had shrap teeth and claws and I was chased by cartoon cat then I woke up in a cold sweat
Oh god that sounds scary ;w; nightmares can be really terrifying :
