Thank you Vikki. And M15 is right back on it. What a joy it is to have F23, so reminiscent of our precious Harriet working so well in tandem with M15. E23 was an amazing gift for their first season, and I can’t wait to see what they might show us this year. They are so well balanced and such a great pair. She is beautiful and he is a wonderful dad. Looking forward to your-posts Vikki , always ablessing. 🦅🎁🙏.
Hi Roger! I used to watch Miss Vickie's channel everyday for years. This was when Harriet and M were together. I tried researching the pair and read that M had died and Harriett left after the storm... Do you know what really happened? I've got to catch up with you guys - lol!
Miss Vickie? I don't think you'll remember me, but I remembered you! I used to watch your videos everyday. I sent you a good-bye note after E__ died (from blood loss), as I just couldn't handle watching eagles anymore. Well, here I am again, all healed up, and ready to join you in SWFL again! I found you and Lady Hawk today! My life is improving! Oh! I just remembered you loving chocolate too - lol! 💝🌺🌻🪷🌸💐🪻 Just hearing your voice again ("to the veranda") brings me to tears dear! Thank you SO much for what you bring to all of us!!! ❤
hello echo ~ i started watching this nest when e14 had just flown to birdy heaven because i was very curious about the cause ~ then there was a second clutch & i have been watching ever since ~ this is my favrite nest to watch for eagles ~ so many eaglets hatched & raised since then & each with their own true little characters & storylines ~ e15 stayed at the nest area until october i think & interferred with emmers & harriets nestorations for the following season ~ the next year e17 & e18 got eye infections at one week old so were taken to the clinic for a week & then returned to nest ~ e17 was so bonky bonkers mean to e18 that e18 left the area asap after fledging ~ 2 years ago harriet went missing when the eaglets were only 2 weeks old & emmers became super dad to raise them by himself having to hunt feed & protect all at the same tyme ~ with the bebes being so young there was much worry about them being left alone when he had to go get food for them ~ as well as protecting them from so many intruders that came to the nest to steal the food so he had to work extra hard to feed his bebes ~ he was so amazing & the eaglets probably learned the best survival skills thru all that chaos on the nest ~ eventually they learned to even chase off the intruders & really fight to keep their food from them ~ emmers was so worn out but did a superdad job the best ever ~ we are all proud of him for that ~ and now we have a new young mom ~ emmers young bride from last year ~ only one egg hatched e23 so no bonking but lots of food & love ~ it has been wonderful to watch this nest ~ & oh yes hurricane ian from 2022 blew the nest away & maybe cameras too & made a huge mess all around ~ it was amazing to watch harriet & emmers actually build a nest from scratch ! in tyme to lay eggs even ~ i think the first few sticks just fell to the ground but that was something special to watch & experience ~ & of course you can go back to watch the videos from those past years which is almost like looking thru an old photo album ~ im glad you are healed up to watch again ~ ~
@@colecolettecole Cole! What a remarkably kind comment! It was so great reading all about 'our' eagles in SW Florida! You filled me with much information, all of which I wasn't aware - I feel all caught up now, to our current M15 and E23! Thank you for reminding me about the old videos of the beautiful pair. It's so nice to hear from someone that also has a passion for these tremendous raptors! Thank you for the healing words too... your comment is something I won't ever forget.... Respectfully, Echo 🙏

Thank you for welcoming me back to the nest dear Miss Vickie!!! 🤗💛🌻🍫

2 years ago harriet went missing when the eaglets were only 2 weeks old & emmers became super dad to raise them by himself having to hunt feed & protect all at the same tyme ~ with the bebes being so young there was much worry about them being left alone when he had to go get food for them ~ as well as protecting them from so many intruders that came to the nest to steal the food so he had to work extra hard to feed his bebes ~ he was so amazing & the eaglets probably learned the best survival skills thru all that chaos on the nest ~ eventually they learned to even chase off the intruders & really fight to keep their food from them ~ emmers was so worn out but did a superdad job the best ever ~ we are all proud of him for that ~
and now we have a new young mom ~ emmers young bride from last year ~ only one egg hatched e23 so no bonking but lots of food & love ~ it has been wonderful to watch this nest ~
& oh yes hurricane ian from 2022 blew the nest away & maybe cameras too & made a huge mess all around ~
it was amazing to watch harriet & emmers actually build a nest from scratch ! in tyme to lay eggs even ~ i think the first few sticks just fell to the ground but that was something special to watch & experience ~ & of course you can go back to watch the videos from those past years which is almost like looking thru an old photo album ~
im glad you are healed up to watch again ~ ~

So nice captured. Thank you.
Thank you for taking time to let us know how the season is coming along. They both look healthy, can't wait for more videos.
❤
Did they move the camera up further in the tree? It seems like it’s like right there blocking the Eagles view.
@Eaglelover427 the spike cam/Cam2 was moved higher up on the spike but none of the cams block the eagles view or access in or out.

Thank you for your nice video, wskrsnwings 🥰
A wonderful pasture where many kinds of birds visit. ❤🦅🦅🦆🦢🦤
