Theres an absolute abundance of corpses on the map Even if no crew ate human meat, this deduction clue isnt much to go on. Especially since the guys are usually starving anyway haha
@@Kaiffu If no crew ate human meat then the only people that would ever need to take from human corpses are thralls. Basically the loot table for human corpses and animals is the same it seems, so there's no real reason to loot a human corpse unless you are a thrall looking for a meal. That said this is all more an observation that I really hope the gam devs makes this connection more obvious by making thralls *obligate* cannibals who can't eat animal meat at all. Not really saying you guys should do anything about it in your games until then though.
Ideas for future updates. Just wanted to put them out here. A flask that stacks tea or soup would be a really cool make tea more viable since it doesn't stack, which kind of makes sense. Also is an axe better than a pickaxe? A cleaver is clearly faster but does less damage but Kaif had all the gear to make an axe and didn't bother. Maybe weapon stats to help new players find out what's better? Another thing that would be cool is if the Thralls could preform some kind of blood ritual to make themselves stronger but only if they take another players heart. Would give them something to do that would make their job easier in case of a 4 v 1. It would also give a reason to kill players and risk being outed if you could become a boss like entity in exchange, creating a choice between open combat or deception. Also on future expeditions maybe NPC bosses like cannibal leaders or mad explores that try to ambush/assassinate players? Like a sniper who hides in the mountains and tries to kill anyone regardless of allegiance? A reason to work together since thralls would also be under threat? Maybe the creators will see this and find it useful or maybe people will just enjoy shooting them down? Have fun regardless. (:

The tea isn’t meant to be your main source of heat. It’s an “oh shit I can’t get to a heat source” item. Allowing players to stack it invalidates heat as a whole. As for the weapons; nothing in the game has stats, it’s all just “figure it out yourself”. In the same vein, each weapon has a different use separate to their damage stats. Thirdly, Thralls already have a way to make themselves stronger. SR just doesn’t know it. Thralls can use bones from dead players and other crafting materials to build totems, which increase their powers. It will make bone charms spawn significantly more cannibals, for one. 2 cannibals are easy to kill and survive. But try 4, or 6… This game is all about deception, removing the deception element by giving the Thralls a power-up as you say, destroys the core gameplay. As for your NOC suggestion; hard no. As said, it’s a deception game. Adding NPC’s like you suggest distracts from the core gameplay.

Theres 99 nitros in that case Based on the interaction time to take 1, it would take 10 or so minutes without needing to sort cold and hunger and without being spotted

No; the idea of you walking so slow is that it gives the Thralls time to stop you no matter where they are on the map. Removing that movement penalty means the Thralls can’t stop the players from clearing the iceberg unless they’re nearby and fully aware. You can turn barrels and gunpowder into bombs as an alternative but it won’t clear the iceberg afaik.
It actually contributes to the team more to do personal goals (getting the equipment you want) while keeping an eye out for a bit of coal in the first half of the game; otherwise the thralls will just two man firing line everyone. Like Taylor said as well, he got both thralls killed in the first game; plays like that more or less give you leave to do fuck all beyond defend/blow the nitro
