Good stuff Austin! Thanks for sharing and for repping our kit. Keep in mind you can also use the adjustability of the links to pull your axle back into alignment. Just get the links lined up as close as possible, then spin the bar to extend them until the length accommodates the hole position. Slide the hardware thru and spin the tube the other direction to pull the axle back in to alignment. If you want to match stock length afterwards just shrink them all the way down (minus a thread or so). Fully shortened they are stock length.
I definitely didn't take full advantage of them. I realized how hard I made this when I was editing this. I will have to metion this in another video. Thanks man!
I’ve been researching these recently (nothing broken, more as preventative maintenance) so you covering both in a video was convenient.
Awesome!
Nice job man looks great and beefy on your Runner, just got a set if those for my Cruiser, can’t wait to get’m installed
Right on. Thanks!
Thanks for doing this video .. I just lifted my 2002 4runner 3 weeks ago and I will get these rear control arms I have to start saving money
awesome! how do you like the lift?
Check out Sonoran Steel's adjustable panhard (track) bar. A longer bar is a easier fix than welding a drop bracket imo.
I have driven one with an adjustable PH and than I did this and I would have this over that any day. Drives way better IMO.
An easier fix for sure but does not correct axle path as suspension compresses.
No doubt those brackets are quality pieces. Just the added expense of welding. If you have a welder or know one then 👍.
Definitely helps to have a welder for sure.
Please explain? Does it fix it or...??
Very shiny undercarriage, look at that pumpkin 🤯 I got an equally small amount of rust if not less, but my paint went dull *loooong* ago
was way cleaner when I got it and started using it but its all good. that's a bummer
As always man, love the 4Runner. Keep the videos comin bro
Thanks 🤘
I'm running the rokman pros and adjustable panhard bar from toytec I love them . great vid bro thanks .
Right on! Thanks man.
Hi - after you had installed these - did you ever adjust them backwards, like you said you might at the end of the video? How did that go? Was it hard to do once they were installed?
I didn't end up doing that. But as they are double adjustable it makes it easy after install to adjust them.
Ive broke 2 u will know when u do there will be a really loud pop and a bouncy ride
sounds good haha
Excellent video
Thanks!
Thinking about getting those control arms. Shouldn’t they be adjusted in length to help with the geometry issues the lift creates? Putting them in matching the stock length seems to not solve anything except you have beefed up arms. I honestly don’t know. I’ve watched multiple install vids for these arms and no one adjusted the length.
They should be. I left mine alone for the time being I have some more things to add the rear and as soon as I do that I will correct the length.
after install with setting it too stock length, you get it on an alignment rack
Greetings from La Vega Dominican Republic I want to buy a 4runner from that year
Hello! they are a great platform.
Great video! Which rear springs are you running? 891 or 861? Getting my 4x bumper soon
Thanks! 861s. awesome, love mine.
I'm in Ogden. If you ever need a runner to work on for content, let me know! ;)
sounds good man!
Nicely done...........................P e a c e
Thanks!
How have the springs been since you broke em in? They sag when you load it down, or is it still level?
Great work as they should.
Yo bro I have a 98 4runner where and when is this meet up? I'm in WJ btw
It was today.

4Xinnovations
Would those work on a 2nd gen runner?
I have no idea man sorry.
