Amazing stuff. I have been following your content on Instagram and just got to know your TH-cam Channel. Sadly our currency in Brazil is highly undervalued in relationship to the dollar so your vagus nerve program is out of my league. I have been studying trauma and many of the themes you teach by myself and am very excited to know more of your material. Cheers from Brazil.

I repeatedly get depersonalisation for months on end and it’s debilitating and it’s because it doesn’t take much to me to go into hyperarousal and get stuck in it . My therapist says my body is addicted to stress chemicals . Can I learn over time to relearn how to be grounded

If your body is addicted to stress chemicals and you're constantly in a state of fight or flight, I strongly suggest you look into the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza. He's amazing at what he's doing and he has changed many peoples lives for the better. Blessings ✨
