Great video that really captures the duality of the western front. Men who did not want to fight, but were forced to. Have watched it a few times already. We are all We are all We are all We are all friends! 🤝 🤘🏼 SABATON 🤘🏼 Love from the Netherlands 🇳🇱
Please check out Sabaton 1916 it is amazing and everyone should hear it in their lifetime. It was written by Lemmy and originally recorded by Motorhead. Both versions are terrific!
Wohoo! I love this one! Even today we in the UK have 2 minutes silence on the morning of November 11, "Lest We Forget". "Carol Of the Bells" being the main musical theme, Tommy shredding in No Man's Land and Floor singing the outro. How could it be better?
1916 is a good one from motorhead with war footage if you want to find the best one the only TH-camrs that reacted to the version is RegenerationTV and sabaton did it after for a tribute And thank you for reacting to this
The actual story. German soldiers started singing Christmas carols. British soldiers replied with the same carols, only in English. Then a young British officer climbed out of his trench . . . the soccer game was real. My grandfather might have been part of this as he was at the front at this time. Unfortunately his story has been lost, like so many others.
U called fotball soccer so my guess u are American.. i don’t think USA was in western front that early in this war but bet your grandfather have other stories❤
Historically inaccurate hairstyles. Hehe! There is a truly excellent British film set in WWI trenches called Deathwatch (2002). This is very you, guys. The army chap and the music chap. Hope you and yours have a great Christmas.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do more sabaton reactions... very informative and great music

Floor is married to Sabatons drummer, Hannes, the blond guy who was the first one to leave the trench.

Can I echo calls for their cover of 1916. Also "No Bullets Fly" with the story behind it, tear jerkers both
Beautiful, always chills when the piano starts and when Floor sings the outro
