This is American. In America, MEN can divorce on a whim, but women are not given a divorce if he refuses to sign the papers. Before you sneer, and hurl abuse, PROVE me wrong. Name 100 women, from each US state, who have been given a divorce, when the man has refused to co-operate, WITHOUT being dragged to court, in front of MALE judges, who are misogynist by nature. No? Didn't think so.
