The user reviews at the end were a little lacking since we didn't have any before and after comparisons (which I know would be somewhat pointless based on 1 session) i wish it was perhaps over a month or so, so that we can see if this was gimmicky or really helps more with weight loss. with that said, for future episodes (if they haven't already been filmed), with your knowledge as a fitness trainer i'd like to see workouts created for different groups of people like office people who do not get enough exercise or maybe overweight people who have been inactive and wants to start getting into shape or even older people with joint issues who still would like to work out.

The issue comes that you will need to maintain the results by coming 2-3 times a week. It's best for people with excess weight and love handles. Not your typical girl that thinks she's fat when actually she can't grab an inch of fat. She's far better and just using weights and toning.

I honestly feel like this series is rather informative and helpful so far, however, this episode feels like something that I would potentially see on Hype Hunt, where they try to see if these facilities are really worth the hype. So I don't know, it feels like this content was sort of forced into this show for the sake of making an episode? But then again, it's not really very hyped now and also this is completely dedicated to fitness and there is a show for it so it's still logical to fit into the show. Overall good content, keep up the good work!
I think she is making a point based on professional judgement. This is not for everyone and it could be good for people with injury. However, I don’t think most of the viewers workout often so it’s kind of hard to relate to the conclusion. Viewers are probably more interested to know things like will this machine help to lose more weight with less effort or effortlessly.

It will be really interesting if you could show them stuff they can related to a.k.a. weight lose. Example like track the progress of a slightly fat lady, follow your simple advise on food and workout, how her body change in a month. But please make things simple, as a lot people don’t understand the complicated concepts.
