Realising potential takes more than vision. Vision is the start. We certainly need opportunity and for people to believe in us. But most importantly, we have to be willing to do the work over what may feel like a long time. We must positively invest our energy.

We have to be willing to work consistently over a period to achieve the seeming impossible, because together we certainly can make big change happen!
