Uncle Chuckles once again it 2 touchdowns on the same drive and you can’t score twice in one drive. The lions are banged up as well and also missed a field and extra point. You’re the person that doesn’t even watch the game and just hates to hate. I don’t remember anyone celebrating like they won the Super Bowl.

It's extremely ironic how Mark once said "Pride comes before the fall" and now it's LITERALLY ABOUT HIM. His pride is causing THIS FALL. And it's been in a free fall for about 4 years now. I used to claim that despite the aggravation he caused me, at least Jim Tressel ran a clean program and had integrity. As an MSU student. This team needs to be revamped. Dantonio has done ZERO in terms of creating an offense and it’s just downright pathetic. That team is bound to win 6 games MAX

As a Spartans fan, I’m just not surprised. This has been coming for a long time. I had a feeling this team would’ve fallen apart again eventually after 2016. We’ve lost to ASU two years in a row and we’ll probably lose to northwestern as well. I am happy mark has done so well here but it’s time to go.

As an MSU fan, I 100% agree with this. Mark Dantonio is too stubborn to change his ways, and that will lead to a really solid college football program stalling out. SMH.

As usual Mike nails the fundamental problem with Dantonio, a fear to really change offensive philosophy and adapt to the times. I saw the USC-Utah game last night and it was just another example of what it takes to even compete on a high level against programs that "get it". At least Harbaugh realized he needed to change his offensive system and hired Gattis (it took much too long and I'm still not sure he won't meddle), but at least he did "something". Ohio State certainly got it with Urban Meyer and now Ryan Day. Their offense pours it on and tries to score as many points as it can. No fear there. They will continue to be dominate because they have the perfect combination of talent and a philosophy that fully utilizes it. Michigan State and Michigan are still stuck in second gear.
Can we talk about another problem those great teams of the past had great QBs Cousins, Cook... For four year I have not understand what this staff sees in Lewerke the kid consistently throws behind his receivers, off the mark, forces throws under pressure throwing INT's I dunno... just don't think he was ever the guy.

It was all coaching on Saturday. 400 yards of offense and 7 points. Lewerke had a good game. Collins had a good game. Stewart had a good game. The defense played a great game. The offensive coaching staff has no ability to manage the game. The only way to salvage the offense and season this year is let Lewerke call the plays.
I was at the game. He blew those time outs because the defense was not lined upright. There was 3 wideouts on the left side and only 2 people covering.

I agree there needs to be some hiring and firing within this coaching staff, however so far I like the offensive play calling, but that's not saying much I guess when you compare it to what Warner was doing.

I say the same thing about MSU every year. The offense has sucked for years. Even the secondary hasn’t been good for a while either. Dantonio is stubborn and missing on great opportunities to be a national champion.

I can see it Michigan bests MSU on four returned interceptions on touchdowns 2 fumble returrns and Shea Patterson can fumble every series because Michigan's defense will throw that offense under the deck.
