To be honest, I kept waiting the whole game for the next Sebastian quest to finally appear. His story is by far the best. My top 5: 1. Sebastian Sallow 2. Ominis Gaunt 3. Abraham Ronan 4. Aesop Sharp 5. Garreth Weasley
It's between Natsai and Sebastien for me. I agree with your point from the video that I wish a lot of the characters were in the game more and we had more interaction with them. Something I personally love is the story and background of different characters and the motivations to do what they do or why they are the way they are. So hopefully in a sequel or DLC we will get more of that.

The character of Matilda Weasley is the most natural, and is superbly acted. I also really like Ominis. He has an air of an elite, upper class individual, but is quite likeable. At first, he seems a bit snobbish, but is really a solid guy.
1- Poppy Sweeting I really love her vibe, I was excited to meet her before the launch :) her missions were my favorite! 2- Professor Weasley She gives me a young McGonnagall vibes, I feel like I belong in Hogwarts when she welcomes me, and I love her backstory with Deek! 3- Professor Sharp He's an ex auror. He's badass. He's handsome. Idk xD 4- Miriam and Figg They are one single character. That's how I feel about them. 5- Ranrok and Lodgok I ran out of time to comment this LSKDHJFKDFK
Natsai, Professor Garlick, Professor Ronen, and Sebastian are my favorite characters in the game. Especially Natsai who is the same color as me so it's a big deal
I think that the overall story isnt bad, could be better, but it's main issue is that it lacks detail and character depth. some games sin by adding too much filler quests. I think that HL is the opposite: It lacks filler quests (at least filler quests related to the main characters) that make us learn more about them and connect with them. For this reason, it's hard to chose favourite chracters, by the end of the game i don't feel like i connected with anyone in particular...
