Guys, while you're in Japan, I recommend going to Hiroshima and/or Nagasaki where the atomic bombings happened in WW2. It's definitely worth going learning about the tragic history. I also recommend going to the island of Okinawa. One of the blue zones where people have longer and healthier life.😊

It was a very powerful place and I am so glad we went. Hopefully more people visit to learn more. It would be interesting to visit Nagasaki as well. We’re also super strongly considering Okinawa. We can’t decide if we should go in late April, or leave Japan and visit Okinawa in the summer before we leave. Is there a better time of year for it you think? Especially for the diving?

I agree!! The IS/IBIS alone is whackkkkk with the wobbles still. 😆 Hopefully they continue to improve it! We did one more firmware update that they just released soon after this was made, but they didn’t mention if they improved it further or not. I guess we’ll see in the coming videos! 😆 I’ve been filing IS on, Digital IS on!
@@IfWeGoTo What is amazing to me is how well the iPhone's video stablisation software does things. It's like on a gimbal. When I hold it it wobbles like crazy and when played back it is smoooooooooooth!. I've not seen any cameras with that level of built in IBIS from any systems.

Haven't really had that level of digital stability from dedicated cameras either (with the exception of gopro, theirs is even better than the iphone!)... I am sure it's coming! Sony does pretty well with Catalyst Browse, but that requires extra processing and time hahaha.
We have been pretty impressed so far! Still learning the camera, but it has been fun! I will have to pay attention to the judder improvements! Canon is so good I didn't even notice them on our R!!

Since you have an Iphone you should get a Suica in your wallet for traveling in Japan, that way you don't have to buy paper tickets.
