Thank you for all your videos. Even as a child I loved Prevost Bus conversions and dream of one day owning one! I live through your videos, I enjoy them so much. God Bless....
What an amazing resort. Rick and his team did an exceptional job with all aspects of that resort. Who would ever want to leave there. Thanks again for sharing Andrew
Great resort! We just stayed here for a little over a week for the New Years event and it was an amazing experience! It was quiet and laid back atmosphere plus the people who owned a place here were welcoming. Also enjoyed the volleyball tournament 😉!
Great to hear! Rick and his team have really done a great job at catering to the laidback luxury lifestyle. Glad you have a good time and hope to cross paths down the road again sometimes soon!
Great video Andrew. This is a fine looking resort which seems to have built for that East Coast buyer. They did a terrific job of getting it right. As a West coast guy our place at MCC in Indio still looks good. Happy New Year and thanks for year, it has been fun seeing the industry through you.
I really enjoy MCC as well. MCC is definitely my favorite on the West Coast. The only thing they are missing is the Coach covers. That sunshine is hard on these coaches.
With those prices it’s no wonder they still have many lots still for sale. Granted paying 850k when you own a 2million dollar coach is relative. For myself I would rather pay to lease in various high end resorts rather than be locked into one location. With the monthly rent in rv resorts between $2,500-$3,500 a month that purchase of $850k with fees and hoa will pay for rental costs for 20 plus years. I’m sure he has a fortune tied up in purchase price and infrastructure.
Andrew this is a Unique video of showing us something completely different that gives the RV buyer a new perspective on how they can really have a special and unique opportunity to buy a place and compliment it with your RV. Great piece of reporting, you are really taking us out of the box. 2021 8s going to be awesome following your videos.
I love the fact they are keeping the natural landscape! As a native Floridian and RV person, Florida, or more so God isn’t making any new nature that I know of.
So glad that he left that land with the large oak trees on it, that big oak that he walked under is much older than 100 years old. It's more on the lines of 150 to 175 years old. And with the laws in Florida pertaining to old live oaks, I'm not sure he could have legally cut them down. There was one in the way of a new road the county I live in made plans to build, and they fought for like 2 years to get the right to cut it down and they lost. But then we had a hurricane hit the county and it caused that big oak to split in half, and they ended up getting the right to cut it down, but it still took a couple of days in the courts to get the right to cut it down. lol.
Very cool we are looking at the future for families on the move. One question if you have a 5th wheel 48 ft. 4 slides can you still buy one of your lots?
The lanai screen is of course important to give one a chance when a gator/snake comes a calling to see 'what's going on' with the grandkids and the critters. ))))))))))))))))))))))
Nice place! If they really wanted to hide that bathroom door with those lines running down the wall they should have made it to where the door opened out so that it wouldn't have that 3-inch indent because it would be flush with the wall when it was closed.
Hmmm, the River bend Motorchoach resort next door seems sooo much more inviting. The simple lots at River Landings start at $259K. The Average homes in the Area go for $150k. What am I missing?
Hey Andrew, I just happen to stumble on your site. Boy, I am glad I did with the great content along with interviews .. You are asking the correction question, my friend .. I am in the market for an RV which you gave very good information on how you use the RV or mileage you are putting on them .. As to which RV to choose from ... thanks and I will keep listening to your youtube channel.
All these are still for sale in June 2021. The location is terrible - Labelle is quite a drive from Fort Myers/Cape Coral and Naples where everything is happening. Definitely over-priced for the area. I wonder what the monthly HOA fees are.
RiverBend Motorcoach Resort right next door is better, larger lots, more landscaping, much bigger club house, bigger pool, more boat docks, pickle ball, radio controlled race track, more lakes, large welcome center, Huge Club House!!!
all i see are little sheds and no coach covers. landscaping looks nice. not sure if 315 sites sounds appealing to me. 5 times the amount of sites than houses in my neighborhood.
I do like the Newmar Dutch star 4020, mount comfort rv just did a video on it the other day. You should visit that place . The dealership looks awesome.
First off. Not a criticism. Just wondering. What's the point of having a mack daddy motorcoach if you are going to stay in a house? Help me understand the rationale behind having one of these lots outside of being able to have guests come stay. I understand the Montana resort. I don't get this one.
Totally agree. With the amount of money for a coach plus the cost of the resort you could travel and stay anywhere for a lot less with just as much if not more luxury.
I don’t see the need for an entire house on an RV site. I can understand a nice outdoor veranda, with a built in grille, sink and bar fridge. But why spend all that money on a $600k-$1mil Coach and then sty in a small house when you get to your destination? Otherwise I love the resort and the prices are very good for what you get!
Great Video Andrew. It looks like there was a quick edit when you were about to get to the Purchase Cost of the first model. Can you disclose the price they are asking? (EDIT) $840,000 - Just checked the website.
Why does someone who stays in an RV need a Coach House or Casita? I can see the desire for the cantilever awning and private pool. But, the RV is made to live in. So another bedroom, kitchen and bathroom aren’t necessary.
Try more than 2x that! Bare lot $250K, Small cottage $500k, Model shown $840, new Marathon $2.5 to $2.8 mil. TTL on one of those “nice” coaches in the vicinity of $175,000. So that puts the Lotto win required at a cool $3.5 mil 😳.
WOW THAT'S AMAZING. THE 1% NOW HAVE ANOTHER HOUSE AND A PEVOST.WITH HIDDEN POTTIES AS WELL.MONEY DOES BUY HAPPINESS 😊 JUST SAYIN.OK enough of the ridicule, very nicely laid out, from all aspects..Chill.
Please tell me about other parks that have coach covers and coach houses on every site, Also, a private island, water filtration facility so the entire park has purified water. Please show me a clubhouse nicer then the brand new clubhouse with 12 foot doors and all high end finishes. I look forward to your response and will be sure to check out the list you give me.
Thank you for all your videos. Even as a child I loved Prevost Bus conversions and dream of one day owning one! I live through your videos, I enjoy them so much. God Bless....
Why am I addicted to these videos? I doubt I’ll ever buy a giant coach. Andrew - great videos, super engaging.
City bus driver with major casinos.... give it a chance... start small and build up
Very nice resort. Thank you for the tour. Nice to have a home base for your coach. Happy trails!
What an amazing resort. Rick and his team did an exceptional job with all aspects of that resort. Who would ever want to leave there. Thanks again for sharing Andrew
What amazing place beautiful beautiful place
Looks like they finally have the clubhouse finished and the swimming pool. I think it’s time to go back to this place and have some fun.
Wow! What a beautiful resort! I’m going to start saving my pennies too. Thanks Andrew
Can't wait to get out of Canada and head down that way.
I love this place!
I really wish their were more of these developers in the west! Thomyt
Great job on the video Guys, River Landings looks like a wonderful place. Happy New Year!
Nice beautiful view and I like the house in the motorhome
outstanding description of the property. thank you sir.
I would like information on the coach covers. I would like one for my house.

Andrew your living the life dude. God bless you! 😊

So beautiful look like thank you for sharing
It looks like Dean had some of his art work in the club house. Very nice resort.
Orales.....que chingon se ve todo
Another great video Andrew...thanks !
Nice video. Seeing places I don’t know about. Thanks Andrew!

That place is incredible
Going to visit one day!
I love the fact they are keeping the natural landscape! As a native Floridian and RV person, Florida, or more so God isn’t making any new nature that I know of.
Andrew, what a cool place, definitely see some opportunities with a spot like this.!
Can't wait to be able to spend time there!
💯🍻 Your bus could use a good cross country road trip to stretch the legs and run a little 🚍🏁
@@RVingwithAndrewSteele I wish!!! Gotta find a good month or 2 free first 🤔 🤩
Love this. Definitely going to go check it out.
Awesome! Thanks for sharing.
Awesome place
Very cool. I see improvements in the Club House since your last review of this place. All he have to do now is to stock the bar. 👍🍹🍺
Awesome Thanks Andrew
Nice bud! Always love seeing motor coach resorts. Super duper Andrew.
Gotta Love the Free Enterprise system.... Only in America...
Thang saw Mr Dean Loucks motor home and trailer there Wow awesome place

Pocket sliders are all over Florida. Nice place
Very cool we are looking at the future for families on the move. One question if you have a 5th wheel 48 ft. 4 slides can you still buy one of your lots?
Good informative interview! 👍🏽
Really cool resort. Im warming up to having something like this.
Hi Andrew, can you do a video on how to drive a RV up and down mountains? Real mountains like Montana/Colorado
That wall you asked about is called ship lap.
Just Wow! 👍👌
The rental cost were more reasonable than I expected.👍🏻 Just need to get me a “Baller” coach!😉
It seems in the states they take RV parks to another level
Looks like a Great place

Made my wife happy & my wallet cry ! Tell Rick they did a great job from A -Z
Hmmm, the River bend Motorchoach resort next door seems sooo much more inviting. The simple lots at River Landings start at $259K. The Average homes in the Area go for $150k. What am I missing?
Wow the place is fully loaded
The owner of this resort seems like a straight guy 👍👍
Rick is a class act. He is very well respected in the moto coach community
That could be interpreted 2 ways, but too funny!
Definitely meant that he seems down to earth and honest
Good shitt happy new year
What do they do when hurricanes are headed their way? Do they put up shutters? Is it up to the individual owners?
Those sliders and windows are PGT Hurricane Impact Glass. Probably rated to 150-180 MPH

Just gorgeous.

Bigger everything !!! Big boy club !! Haha bunch of prima donna's. Muffie do my pants match, do I look like the MAN ??
all i see are little sheds and no coach covers. landscaping looks nice. not sure if 315 sites sounds appealing to me. 5 times the amount of sites than houses in my neighborhood.
Great place
You’re there for the New Years Eve Party, aren’t you lol
Reminds me of a 60's cartoon everyone's eying the hot lady with a covering on her face until she takes it off
I remember when they were building that place.
I wonder where I could get one of those cool RV carports/awnings???
Only 2 minutes in so far. I guess my 32’ class C will not be accepted there. Have to upgrade.
The main reason I have stuck with a class A and not gone to a super c.
I do like the Newmar Dutch star 4020, mount comfort rv just did a video on it the other day. You should visit that place . The dealership looks awesome.
Hey Andrew: are there any RV Resorts in the Phoenix area that you could review? Thanks brother. Love your channel.
Ive done one or two on eagle view
Thanks!

It's set up for guests or grandchildren to be able to stay. Also, with the clubhouse, they have frequent parties. It is more of a lifestyle resort.
It will cost you almost a million dollars for your grandchildren to visit though
Totally agree. With the amount of money for a coach plus the cost of the resort you could travel and stay anywhere for a lot less with just as much if not more luxury.
Can u live there or just a vacation spot ?
I see some potential for Andrew adding The Pilar real estate to his portfolio
💯
Nice 👍🏻
What a nice place. Unfortunately I can’t hang in the Florida weather to hot and sticky for me plus the insects are on steroids lol. But nice anyway!
Fuego
You ever been to pelican lake in Naples? We are 1 hour south
How do u keep that big beasts so shiny lots of work??
Wow too bad I'm a travel trailer / small class c budget person lol but would be awesome place for sure
Hallo from South east asia ,great Optunity to stay and live

Banned word, "Awesome"
Nice selling on the waterfront which is a pond. Really great place though. There is even a grass airstrip adjacent to this property.
Why does someone who stays in an RV need a Coach House or Casita? I can see the desire for the cantilever awning and private pool. But, the RV is made to live in. So another bedroom, kitchen and bathroom aren’t necessary.
i guess you could have friends over, if you have any
Wait... when this was being built you paid a visit?? Yes you did... you just said that..
I have to say it is a nice resort but just a little out of my price range for the size of house. 600 plus a sqr ft is a little high for me. LOL :-)
This is definitely for the Ritzy by all means!
1.5 million w/a nice coach
Try more than 2x that! Bare lot $250K, Small cottage $500k, Model shown $840, new Marathon $2.5 to $2.8 mil. TTL on one of those “nice” coaches in the vicinity of $175,000. So that puts the Lotto win required at a cool $3.5 mil 😳.
I can always dream 😂😂
Wow
Weird hiding a bath room
Did you mention a city? or state?
Labelle, Florida. 25 minutes east of Fort Myers
Nice place, and Florida is immune from covid=19, just ask the governor
Make me wanna be a MONK and make WINE 🍷 😂
Great work going to get you in my paperwork later sometime tomorrow
Those coach houses almost defeat the purpose of RV'ing and camping.
i agree kevin thats not right
I'm sure happy that they're affordable....LoL....
sign me up
🍍..
This has been a paid promotional announcement.
Love the videos, but why no masks?
If this is the most exclusive resort you’ve ever been to, then you haven’t been to many RV Resorts! LOL
So how many have you been to ?
