    I have to disagree with the comment about this place not being friendly. Everyone we met was truly amazing from the park guests to the resort guests and the staff was truly over the top. This was the highlight of our summer. We met life long friends within days. The owner truly has his act together and has built one cool place. It fits perfect with the cool little town of Creede. I’m giggling at the nay sayers in the comments with an exaggerated eye roll. If it’s not for you, why bash it? Just move on down the road and find your happy spot! We’ll be back though!!

    Definitely a glimpse into a slice of RV living that we will never be a part of (price prohibitive for us) but I did enjoy seeing it. I will check out daily rates in the low rent district of the resort!

    Thought I was hoping to get a used motor home through Kyle, we ended up going with a travel trailer as we will mostly be boondocking. So, we won’t be allowed in part of this property. But, we will check out the travel trailer section.
    Safe travels!

    I’m fascinated by the concept of these vast RVs that cost hundreds of thousands or even millions of dollars. In Europe we have camping, trailer caravans and normal sized RVs but nothing like these rock band tour bus sized monstrous coaches. RVing and caravanning is seen as a much cheaper alternative to staying in nice hotels or buying a cabin or holiday cottage somewhere so this is a totally new concept to me. The coaches seem incredibly complex with all the electrics and mechanicals, and you must need a full truck license to drive one - how do people even learn these things? This coach park looks idyllic though, I can totally see why people might want to vacation like this, sort of like having your own luxury cabin but you can take it other places. But where do you even store something so enormous at home, do you have to own a HUGE driveway? 😂 Great video though.

    As usual, good job with the video.I have been looking for RV Resort ownership opportunities. At first, thought Mountain Views might be the one. Have to give credit to Mr. Zimmerman. He created the perpetual asset business. How many times does he mention ownership? The properties are long-term leases. He sells all the improvements. Yet, who really owns them? The web site provides very little information but did notice a legal disclaimer stating that this real estate opportunity may not be legal in many states.

  • @robertvertacnik9989

  • @matsulli2086
    @matsulli2086 ปีที่แล้ว

    "Our family manages the real estate, we own the maintenance and landscape. No HOA. Hmmm...seems interesting. The adjacent RV park, that's been there 18 years will be moved out for future resort expansion, when needed. Lots of salesmanship.

  • @SovereignandFree
    @SovereignandFree 3 ปีที่แล้ว +17

    Andrew, really enjoy your videos but I must say you were completely duped on this one.
    The RV park is ok/average. after the first part of the video he kept saying ownership opportunities, leasing opportunities maybe but not ownership. Why would you ever do a 40 year lease? Especially for $600,000.
    When he said you can ride from the park and access hundreds of thousands of acres of national forest land I had to laugh. It’s true you can ride to town but you have very limited access, one street. You must walk everywhere once you get there. The trails you can ride completely in one day. Everywhere else you must trailer.

    @FunDuude 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Hmm. Nice Luxury lots. Love the fact that there is NO HOA. Sad to hear that it's not "really" Ownership but a 40 Yr Lease. And in the RV campground everything seems to be GRAVEL. • @Kevin---kx3jy

      A Prevost used for passenger transportation or commercial use will display the company’s name and DOT/PUC number. A Prevost conversion used by a private individual for recreational purposes might put “private coach” on the side but it doesn’t really mean anything and I don’t know of any states that require it.
