I wouldn't recommend a sport bike in London personally. I live in Southampton which is a fairly busy city (though nowhere near the size of London) and a sport bike even there isn't overly fun. Luckily I'm near the new forest so it's easy to get over to roads that are fun (or the motorway). Sport bikes are incredible to ride fast, but riding them slow... your mileage may vary. I get achy wrists on my R6 on longer slow rides or when cruising in traffic. If I used my bike for commuting or just regular riding around town I would 100% get an MT07 or Z650 instead. I guess you could get a sport bike, see how you get on and if it's not working for you, sell it for probably very close to what you bought it for and get something more comfortable. At least then you won't have FOMO ;)
Personally I'm not a fan of Sportbikes for city riding. Naked bikes have a much greater turning circle making it easier to filter between cars and multi lane roads where you can go from lane 1 to 3.
Tank design looks good

How quickshift work
I don't know much about bike
quick shifter doesn't need you to pull clutch to change gear
has the silencer effected your bike mileage in any way?
Don't really know it should have but never took any notice as riding style is the main key for milage breaker.
If you can improve the sound quality of video it looks better exhaust sound cannot be hear it's hearing when you throttle highly❤
