I did it sir, it is done ! Thank you Krishnamurti and Bruce Lee ;) it's inexplicable, but it can be done, depends on your conditioning !! You need to understand every word first intellectually, and when you get it, "you" drop everything, the transformation is immediate, like a caterpillar into a butterfly, SIMPLY beautiful :) I want to continue where krishnamurti left and make it simpler, I'd love to give talks :)

What is so hard to understand. He is talking so simple. Dont deny what you are. If you are violent, be violent. If you are greedy, be greedy. Just watch yourself how it arises. At the very Moment of it. Not think about it now when its not a fact. Watch how someone triggers you, fear arises. That fear Turns to anger because your Image of yourself has been hurt. Thought comes in and tries to escape from These Feelings who are actually you. Thought says:" give a smart answer so you wont Look stupid", or "be careful, this Person can Hurt you even more".
Just watch what is Happening at the very Moment. If you watch intensly, Like you would watch a snake or a Lion that are trying to Attack you. Give it your whole Attention. Then you will discover the reasons for getting angry or greedy or violent. And with that discovery, that you should never Put into words, it stops. But it stops only when you are Aware of it. If you Go Back to your daily state of mindless thinking, the patterns might come back

I love this question because its correct. The speaker/guru simply doesn't know enough (since he is human also) to give you the answers you seek. Only you can answer your own questions. And the truth of matter is there should be no question asked in first place. Simply be present in your life and enjoy the beauty around you. Its unnecessary to create fictions (god vs no god, heaven vs hell) stumbling around trying in vain to find purpose. Simple being present in awareness removes the need to know.

Upon accepting that I am ignorant and need and want to change, I am drawn to those who speak in this language. I become a seeker. I sit and listen with mystics, non dualists, and traditional Gurus. I learn that being present is without suffering. I explore.

Being "totally responsible for yourself whatever you do". That sums it up pretty well. And don't think he was the only one who said such a thing. Socrates said as much in a different way and in another era. The Buddha said as much also. Many other spiritual figures have insisted about this thing called "free will" which was one of the pillars of Christianity as well. But as K mentioned clearly in this clip, we lack the will to change. Obviously something to think about seriously.

I have often wondered if the speaker/listener format, is itself a set-up for the marginal impact it achieves. This set-up is caused by the event producers and the redundancy of elevating the speaker above the listners who are then entertained (or not) rather than engaged. I've attended talks by Krishnamurti in Ojai, where after the presentation, we each got up, said our brief hellos to friends before going home. The potential for change, was never with the speaker, but with the listeners who for a brief moment, formed a field of limitless potential, that the event producers had no clue how to harness beyond selling some books by the speaker before leaving the Oak Grove. To send a space ship to Mars has nothing to do with sitting around the campfire and star gazing with Elon Musk, and all to do with forming SpaceX and coming together to solve a host of problems every day.

For example, he would often say that fear is created via thought and time. Ok, now, what is the listener supposed to do with such an an abstract but true statement? Is that statement alone supposed to banish fear? Often he wouldn't show the relevance in our lives to what he was saying. But other times he would give clear examples. You have to hunt around his teachings to really see what he was driving at. If you get lucky you hit upon a clip where he does this and it clicks.

These videos are interesting, but I find some of his books - especially the “Commentaries on Living” series (3 volumes) - somewhat more helpful.
Another book about (not authored by) Krishnamurti - and written by his longtime friend, Mary Lutyens, the biography, “The Years of Awakening” helps in not only understanding more fully why K left the Theosophical Society, but also why he stayed in it during his youth.
Thus, even though he experienced extreme bliss and amazing “spiritual experiences” during his youth with the Theosophists, there was also a lot of obvious gobbledegook and contradiction within the leadership and seers who oversaw his upbringing.
You see this a lot in other spiritual organizations that seek to awaken the Kundalini etc. in their adherents - they can get really dogmatic, abusive, and deny the obvious at times - even if one finds other aspects wonderful.
I think the main thing to take away from his apparent categorical rejection of such would-be leaders and organizations is - for many of us - simply not to take them overly seriously, but not to hate them either (he didn’t).
His friend, Aldous Huxley, for example, had a guru, and is famous for his accounts of his experiences with hallucinogenic drugs, but K never boxed his ears or punched him in the nose, nor verbally belittled him.😆😂 They got along beautifully.

Basically he is saying that if his teachings don't work it's your fault for not doing it right. Classic. Ironically he says you should take responsibility and yet he is blaming you for the fact that his teachings don't work. I thought a great master would see the irony himself.
Saying it slowly doesn't make it more profound.

Yh i agree it is quite ironic but at the same time he doesnt consider himself a master of any kind.

I know there's no such thing as a dumb question but this one's pretty dumb. Why seek knowledge if you're not going to apply the knowledge to your own life?

K's teachings have very little effect on people because he does not give them the dreams of heavens
He has left no scope for people who do businesses on God and religion.
    And mostly people want comforts.
