If you want to see her sing one of her most famous songs live check out Akin Ka Na Lang on the Wish Bus 107.5. She has a couple of intentional vocal breaks on the same note in the first two verses. There's also a couple of suuuuper nice long phrases in that performance. One with a nice chesty mix sustain flipping right up into a perfectly placed, controlled, running whistle. Then an even longer phrase where she's just going off with her belt. The second half of the song is bonkers.

I think some of her live performances on the Wish Bus radio with the intentional breaks are Secret Love Song, Rise Up and her original song Akin Ka Na Lang. But I think you will also like her HEART medley rendition which is one of my faves. Would love for you to listen to them as I want to see your reaction. :)
If you want to see her sing one of her most famous songs live check out Akin Ka Na Lang on the Wish Bus 107.5. She has a couple of intentional vocal breaks on the same note in the first two verses. There's also a couple of suuuuper nice long phrases in that performance. One with a nice chesty mix sustain flipping right up into a perfectly placed, controlled, running whistle. Then an even longer phrase where she's just going off with her belt. The second half of the song is bonkers.

Me 2. Hi from California. My favorite singer and performer in the world. She does have many amazing skills. Not to mention she plays the keyboards, guitar and can dance and sing. Or sing almost any song in any genre and change her vocal sound and technique. From R&B and gospel to Disney and rock to country and Broadway to OPM. She can do it all.
