How long can you save the meat after smoking? How can you save the meat the longest? Would this so work for fish? I really enjoy your videos, they're practical, to the point and very informational.
Not outdoors or woodsy at all but I do this all the time on a dehydrator and its so good. Between my wife and me, I had to get a second dehydrator. I marinade it overnight and dry it for about 6 hours. Very much our go to snack and travel food.
Sold, subscribing plus big outdoor prepper enthusiest. Also saw the name Coal Cracker, big Appalachian hint there live in Southwest VA myself. Great video! 👍👍❤❤
Pretty good video. Although I would of liked to hear a little more information about how long would this last after it's smoked. other than that it was a good video. I like simple explanations on how to do things. Some people carry on and on and it makes me lose interest. Just some feedback from someone who watches a lot of videos. Take care and keep them coming.
I know whatcha mean...I can not listen to people who carry on and on...tell you about something that happened when they were 5 years old.. I just want them to get to the point!
What is that sweater you are wearing called and where did you get it? LOVE your videos, I think I’ve watched just about all of them. Thanks for doing this series and hello from another Pensyltukian.
I know it's winter time in this scene ,but can the smoked blanket or other smoked clothing work as a deterrent for ticks and such in the summertime ? Hope this isn't a dumb question .
I heard cold smoking does not cook meat, so if you are going to cold smoke meat etc, it should be cured at least. I live in Australia, so it gets hot here. Currently it's summer. I want to try to cold smoke meat, but it will be store brought meat as I have no access to natures sources where i live. I would be buying cheap beef portions mainly. Would I need to cure it if its store brought and what would be the easiest option or cheapest?

That’s awesome! I was just telling a guy in LA that would be nice to have a rest in the mountains for smoky junkies. ☺️
