Visit to the clothing collection of the Historical Association of Hardenberg and surrounding areas.

Nowadays we throw away clothes if they have a hole in them, but less than 100 years ago our grandparents mended their trousers and dresses again and again. Many of those items of clothing have disappeared, but not at the historical association in Hardenberg. They are cherished there, because these garments tell a lot about how ordinary men and women lived before the Second World War.
