"It's interesting that you present such a serious topic like this." There's actually a (pretty convincing) theory going around that the dancing scenes are literally the moments where Angel "dissociate[s], disappear[s]" and what's running on the big screen (and in the few flashes in the middle) is what actually happens. Added to that, Angel can perfectly blend out the shit happening on set, but is unable to do so for Valentino himself which breaks the "illusion" for moments when he interacts with Angel and even has Val "invade" his safe mental space at the end (presumably when he drags him back to his room).
When they are bound with ropes at 14:04 , Angel's rope is chaotic and Husk's is neatly wrapped. Maybe pointing to the nature of their respective "owners". Valentino being an emotional in-the-moment type & Alastor being neat/calculating.
Angel’s is also looser, like there’s less rope whereas Husk’s is tight and there are no gaps possibly pointing to the power difference between their captors. One of them has “more rope to use” sort to speak.
@@Shadow1Yaz Same thought here. Angel's got a pretty decent shot at getting out of his bind when he actually realises that Val can't do shit to Charlie and lets her help him. Husk's contract with Alastor, though? He hasn't really got any gaps in the contractual armour to exploit, so pretty much the only way he's getting loose is if Al finds a sufficiently compelling reason to release him from it. Not saying it's impossible, but as things stand I can't see many motivations for the Radio Demon letting one of his best assets go _(a former Overlord still has the determination and savviness of someone who managed to claw their way up Hell's food chain, even if their powers are gone, after all)._
He understands what a precious little baby she is and..he is just a dude ended up in a bad situation, not a monster like Val who truly cannot be redeemd i guess.
It shows that he views Val as such a dominating force in his life, because Charlie is probably more powerful, although we've never actually seen what she can do.
YES! Thank you for saying it's supposed to be uncomfortable. So many people complain because that scene is uncomfortable and it was like "thats the whole point!" Nothing about Angel's situation with Val was ever implied to be "cute" or "okay" or whatever. We see in episode 2 from Angel's voicemails how Valentino treats him. Not sure what people were expecting.
From what I’ve experienced, that is how abuse works. The abuser is cruel and then acts all nice to try and get their victim back so they can keep being cruel
Husk is being a good bartender when you think about it: he cuts Angel off at the hotel, notices he's doing dangerous activities & making sure drinks are safe. For all his cynicism & gruff attitude he does care
husk is an amazing guy husk never grabs angel (not counting the one time he moved angel out of that bar) he always reaches out and wait for angel to take his hand something like that is HUGE for people like angel
I really appreciate you acknowledging that you don’t really/can’t really say what you’d do in that situation! I was discussing Angel’s writing with a friend of mine who is not an SA survivor and getting to help explain it from the perspective of someone who is. So, if you’re interested in hearing one survivor’s take: Trigger warning below for SA and general disclaimer that I have been in recovery for a long time and am comfortable discussing these things but others may not be or may have different experiences so pls be kind. Trauma responses tend to be very individualized to the person but there’s a general understanding of common ones and how they form. One of the main trauma responses that Angel exhibits is relatively common in response to long term SA, and is often both stigmatized and underrepresented: Hypersexuality This is part of where I think a divide is often formed between how people perceive angel. With some people wondering how he can be so comfortable being sexual as an SA survivor (to be a bit reductive about it for the sake of time) and others who’ve experienced hypersexuality as a trauma response themselves being very aware of why these are his behaviors. I can speak on this from personal experience, because one of my most prominent trauma responses to long term SA was also hypersexuality - although not in all the same presentations or to the exact extent he experiences it. It can be a different experience for different people, but there is usually a component of compulsion to it. In my case it was very reflexive and similar to trauma dissociation, where I didn’t really feel like I was consciously choosing to be sexual or pursue sex or encourage it, just kind of trapped in the back of my own mind in this cycle it kept forcing me to repeat. You go into this headspace where your brain kind of warps any sexual attention to being what you feel like you need. People telling me I cleaned up nice or looked handsome felt slimy and gross, but people telling me they wanted to fuck me? Well that was just love, right? You get stuck in that mind set long enough for whatever reason it happens for you and it just starts to feel like and maybe even become your reality. There’s actual research regarding this and the chemical side of it with most of the theories being that it’s the nervous system trying to heal itself after such significant trauma. I’m paraphrasing because it’s been a minute since I dug into the studies so don’t quote me, but basically your nervous system is wants to relearn safe sexual experiences and how to recalibrate/respond to those. On the other hand sometimes your brain just gets stuck in a loop of trying to recreate your trauma to ‘fix it’ or ‘solve it’ without you being consciously aware. There’s a slew of reasons that ongoing and past SA survivors can experience hypersexuality as a trauma symptom and on a much more complex level than it just being an unhealthy coping mechanism - although it is sometimes both cases at the same time. In Angel I see a mixture of hypersexuality as a trauma response and as a coping mechanism. And it can be hard for people to understand and I get why. But I think it’s really important to actually dismiss the notion of the “perfect victim” and portray someone with more stigmatized trauma responses like this. According to the national institute of health - among exclusively Gay and Bisexual men - 50.8% reported experiencing CSA and 67.2% reported experiencing SA as an adult. That was in 2015, but I honestly doubt the rates have gotten any better. As a queer man who has also experienced hypersexuality as a trauma response this is one of the only depictions in media that made me feel seen and less alone, and I hope that has been the case for others as well. Representation is so important. (Tldr: Angel’s hypersexuality makes sense and is in keeping with clinical knowledge of some of the trauma responses and coping mechanisms survivors can develop. And then I lost the plot part way through and started gushing.) Also if anyone’s interested in sources or learning more lmk I’m on mobile but I can post stuff later when I’m not about to go to bed!
Thank you for posting this to explain more about Angel's situation. It was a really insightful read about a rough spoken topic that is usually undermined by society standards. Speaking up about topics like this(if someone is comfortable enough to do so) and bringing more understanding to those uninformed can hopefully spark a change in how society treats such topics!
Hey man, hope you're having a good day today. I'm interested in sources. I haven't delved much into hypersexuality, but from the few things I found a while back, while I am not the textbook hypersexual person (to my current knowledge) some of it still resonated with my experiences. It's relatively recently that I started to recognize some of my behaviors (past and present) as coping mechanisms or possible trauma responses, so I'm interested to learn more.
@@naolucillerandom5280Yeah, sure! I saw this right as I was heading to bed but I’ll try to remember to come post things when I’ve got some free time. If I don’t in a few days feel free to @ me again cause god knows my memory is shit. Also! I think it’s great that you reached out, because that can be hard to do and I’m glad you felt able to!
@@naolucillerandom5280 Hey, I remembered! Go me! Anyway, here you go! Here's a relevant quote from the article if you don't want to read the whole thing: "...according to a 2021 study, hypersexual behaviour may be a reaction to past trauma, and can be linked to PTSD and depression. Akanksha Chandele-a holistic trauma therapist and the founder of I Am Wellbeing Foundation-shares that this behaviour often comes from a need to regain a sense of security and agency. “An experience as overwhelming as sexual abuse robs an individual of their entire sense of safety and protection, and with that, their sense of being. The body develops an inherent need for safety. It wants to protect itself and acts with the same intention. This may compel the person to regain agency and control over their life or escape from the weight of processing the harsh truths they have survived. Some people might engage in repetitive sexual encounters as they offer support to the nervous system in repairing that broken cycle of safety and re-establishing agency over one's sense of self and especially, their body.”" The Article: www.vogue.in/content/hypersexuality-is-the-reaction-to-sexual-trauma-that-no-one-talks-about The study mentioned in that snippet is "Hypersexuality and Trauma: a mediation and moderation model from psychopathology to problematic sexual behavior": pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33229025/ And here's a few more - Gender-Related Differences in Associations Between SA and Hypersexuality: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32792283/ Neurobiological Basis of Hypersexuality: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27503448/ Existential Issues in Sexual Medicine: The Relation Between Death Anxiety and Hypersexuality: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29129680/ The Concept of "Hypersexuality" in the Boundary between Physiological and Pathological Sexuality: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37239570/ I haven't made it through all of those yet so some of them may need to be taken with a grain of salt depending on if there's newer research out disproving them, this is something I've only recently started looking into properly myself. I def recommend pubmed through or other clinical publications when doing research on stuff like this! It can be a bit stuffy at times, but overall is super helpful.
I've seen people calling the song between Husk and Angel victim blaming. I think if you see clips or watch the song out of context MAYBE having that takeaway. However I think that it was really important for Angel's development. Husk could've been nice about it. He could've told Angel that everything would get better if Angel kept going. Husk could've comforted him, but that wasn't what Angel NEEDED in this situation. If it was Charlie would've gotten through to him already. Husk gave him a reality check. Told Angel his life was fucked up and he was at his lowest of lows. Then told Angel that that's ok. It's ok because Angel HAS friends. Has people who understand him. Has people who see past who he pretends to be, but they don't shy away from the man underneath. People who are down there with him, and they have each other now. This was a moment of tough love that Angel Dust really needed, and Husk was the perfect person to deliver it. Nobody else at the Hotel could've gotten through to Angel like Husk could in this moment.
Keith David has such a good singing voice 😊. The last time I heard him sing was when he played the villain (Dr. Facilier) in the animated Disney movie The Princess And The Frog.
Some amazing music in it. I study jazz guitar in college (you have to study an instrument if your major has anything to do with music). And this semester I convinced my professor to let me learn "Almost There" as my semester piece. It's so good
Angel Dust deserves so much better than this. The way Valentino treats him and what Angel said about trying to get broken enough that Val will let him go, it's really painful to watch. I'm glad he and Husk have found common ground and can support eachother. And I love the message in "Loser, Baby." It's not your usual, "cheer up, things will get better" song. It's more realistic. Yeah, Angel's life is screwed up, but he's not alone. He now has someone who understands that he can look to for support. That's as good a start as any.
Yeah, Angel needs community, he needs family. Everyone does. If Charlie doesn't succeed in getting people into heaven, that's the next best thing Hell needs.
Yes, cuz some moths use their saliva (which has pheromones) to make their partner more receptive to advances. Makes you wonder what answer he wanted out of Charlie, like he went right in with a full arm lick. I’m guessing her high power level makes her immune.
I also saw a theory that him licking Charlie's arm wasn't just him being a creep, but actually testing his powers, seeing if he could get her under his spell, because any overlord who can accomplish that can basically take over everything, as the only ones more powerful than Charlie are her parents.
Considering they probably have an abusive relationship with Val being the aggressor, the lack of electronic safety makes sense. If anything, it shows how much he cares about Vox.
@@Shadow1Yaz If they are together, Vox was more aggressive in Episode 2. When Val was trying to go after Angel, Vox was pissed and then he manipulated Val. Honestly, it's more that it's just two terribly toxic people in a toxic relationship.
@@ollideus_ Episode 2 really seemed to imply Val and Vox were together, but yeah, the abusive thing was more fanon and not canon. They're just two toxic people together, whether dating or friends.
@@WelcomeApathy admittedly I was working with information from previous videos so it’s possible it’s not canon. But… from personal experience, the abusive partner can be manipulated and placated by the submissive partner. If it’s part of the dynamic they built with you they could rely on that. But as soon as you step out of line, you get punished. Does not mean that is what is going on here.
Absolutely amazing reaction man - I think this is by far the best episode so far and Loser, Baby is by far my favourite song. It's also absolutely heart-warming to see Angel finally having someone he can confide in who also lives a life where they lack freedom over their own existence at the hands of someone else. Also the lore drop for Husk was great especially since that theory has been floating around since the Pilot.
Watched episode 5 & 6 literally a minute after release and I can’t wait to see your reactions to them!! I like that you pointed out how you don’t have the perspective Angel does to comment on his situation, that’s not something I see a lot and I really appreciate it. People talk a lot about what happened to him when they’ve never been in that situation, and it shows. Awesome video!! Really glad you liked Loser, Baby too, easily my favourite song so far.
It is also interesting.. Valentino is some kind of Moth-Demon and Angel Dust is a Spider... (Spiders eat moth's you know ;) ) so i really hope at some point Angel will kill Val, or at least Lucifer is destroying the soul-contract he had on him.. What brings me to another theory: Valentino owns Angel Dust's soul Alastor owns Husker's soul And what if.. Lilith owns Alastor's soul? And that's why he is there helping Charlie.?
Thanks for the vid! This episode is really heartbreaking and I really hope for the best for Angel. Its really important to talk about those subjects. I really glad to see someone who acknowledge the heavy subjects in Angel's character and a lot brush it off.
Yes, it's supposed to be uncomfortable. If it's a happy fuzzy feeling, that's not good. I do wish there was a warning ahead of time (not from you, from Amazon); when you're familiar with the situation from the inside, something like that can be a shock if you're not prepared for it. This episode was just another step towards setting the bar higher. The next two episodes are out, so I'll be looking forward to your reactions to those.
Exactly! Making people uncomfortable was the POINT! In a related vein, I dont think Val ever had any intention of hurting Charlie directly, even he's not quite that stupid, despite his personal feelings towards her! She IS technically stronger/more powerful than him, & he knows it, & that's without taking her parents into account! Making Angel THINK he might however, IS something he can do, & it makes it easier to trick Angel into pushing her away. Classic abuser tatic, what's more effective than chasing your victims' support system away, than making them do it themselves?
I won't go into too much detail, but when I was younger, I did have a dealing with sa. It was nowhere near as violent as this, but it's still something that's left me traumatised nearly a decade later. My point is, this episode was one of the most intense pieces of media I've experienced in a long time. It definitely triggered me and I had to take a two-day-long break before I could finish the episode. I have a load of respect for Viv and the crew and how they handled this topic. They handled the situation with a lot of maturity and they didn't hold back. And I appreciate that they didn't turn the situation itself into a joke (like plenty of other media tries to do to lighten the mood). They showed every ugly second of the cycle of abuse. Because it can be violent, but it can also be quiet. It's always sinister. I think my only issue (and I'll admit it's nitpicky) is that they probably should have had some sort of disclaimer or trigger warning at the beginning of the episode. I distinctly remember another show, The Magicians, doing something similar when they had an episode centred around depression and an intense discussion about s***ide. They included disclaimers at the beginning of the episode, after the commercial break right before the scene, and at the end of the episode, before the credits, they put some resources for people. And that's by far the best example I've ever seen of a show dealing with a topic like that with grace Overall, I'm just in awe that they went this far with the episode, and I'm just happy to see it handled so well. I'm not really sure hownto end off this ramble but I just wanna say: Thanks so much for your reaction and your commentary and respect for people who have, and are, dealing with this. You're a true gem, mate. ❤
"No balls" falls in line with husk's comment in the pilot"I lost the ability to love years ago" if true the relationship may develop from trust and communication instead of sex, considering Angeldust, it would be a complete change in how he understands realtionships.
With how much Hell values power and strength, it could be that others kept trying to attach to Husk just so they can get with an Overlord, enough that it slowly broke him down and wore at him along with everything else. Then comes Angel, someone who was so obviously fake toward him from the start that it was easy to rip away and for once he's not the vulnerable one.
Greetings from Russian-language TH-cam! thanks for the reaction. This is the state when you have already looked at all our guys and moved on to the English-speaking guys. With love from the snowy country!
Valentino be like "I own you!" and the thing is, it's legally in hell at least. And sure Valentino know he can't hurt Charlie with phisical strength/magick, but he see how nice and naivé she is..and people like this..exists and he will hurt her emotionally to get what he want.. and as long Angel can "use his talents" no matter how messed up he become.. Val will never let him go.
Just to make it clear, I love this episode because of the direction they went and not the whole ab*se and violent stuff. Out of all the hotel crew, I do think Angel is the one that deserves to be saved the most.
7:43 that’s all true of what u said. It’s very unfortunate how many people don’t believe that or they refuse to acknowledge it and then it’s too late or it causes damage on them for a long time. I personally knew a few women who were in related situations and they all regretted it. Most of them got out of it, but only a very few manage to heal and put it all in the past to move forward with a changed and positive attitude.
I think the whole point of the first several episodes is about bringing the residents of the Hotel together. Prior to episode 3, the residents would have all gladly sold one another out to improve their personal lives. But thanks to the events of 3 and 4, we can at least count on Husk, Angel, and perhaps Sir Pentious to be willing to go to bat for each other. Niffty is..... a little strange and mostly used for comic relief atm so it's hard to say for her. Vaggie would obviously do anything to help Charlie, which includes protect the other residents, but I'm not sure that would qualify as wanting to protect them so much as wanting to protect Charlie's feelings. Why is this important? In Episode 3, Carmilla indicates she isn't sure HOW she killed the Angel/Exorcist, just that she knew she "had to act". The implication, to me, is that it is not the POWER of a particular demon or sinner that matters when it comes to fighting an Exorcist; it is WHY you are fighting them. There's some great dramatic irony to be had in making it so only Sinners and Demons who are fighting to protect someone else can effectively fight back against Exorcists; it means that characters like Alastor, despite being perhaps the most powerful Overlord/Sinner in Hell, is helpless against the Exorcists while someone like Vaggie, with no souls to power her beyond her own, would be able to fight back if one threatened Charlie. Now, I'm not expecting the residents of the Hotel to go full Shonen anime protagonist and get super saiyan powerups, I'm just pointing out that the Hotel stands to gain a great deal of influence by showing that its residents are able to defend themselves and others from Exorcists.
The section with "Poison" is equally loved and hated most people that hate it have never experienced it and those that loved it have felt that amount of poison in their life.
Above Angels heartbreaking Story, i love that Vivzie mentioned the sentence "Don't force him back, just..make sure he's safe" in the episode cause a lot of People deal with problems like that, just someone that does not force them back to a place they try to escape (cause of a fight or whatever) but to make sure they're safe if they know where the persons at ofc, yall get what i mean? Im bad at explaining sometimes😅 but yeah i dealt alot with that as well and forcing back never helps i can tell for sure, it never does, makes things worse..better to calm down for long enough til ya got the courage to return and try to fix things all over from a fresh start
I'm glad to see some reviewers like you understanding why that sequence had to be so graphic. Too many people against ANY realistic representation of these sorts of literal everyday abuse that goes on. It's an ugly truth, but why is this where they draw the line over all the killing, heavenly genocide, torture and cannibalism that happens in the rest of the show? Makes no sense. These are big boy topics being discussed so all of it should be fair game, especially when it takes place in literal hell.
As somebody who was a victim of s*xual abuse, this episode got to me. People say this episode is horrendous, glamorizes abuse, and that Husk is victim blaming when I think they’re clearly missing the point. Angel’s abuse wasn’t being glamorized, it was showing how much he goes through and the song was saying “you may be hurting, but so am I and we can hurt together.”
I love Keith David, he needed this episode because his singing and voice acting is so amazing. I understand that not everyone can relate to these but even then it’s hard to go through and that’s noticeable. It’s January 27th this is part 7/?
So far, there hasn't been a song from this show that I don't like 😊, they've all been great. I think Respectless and Poison are my top favorites so far, I've been having them on repeat. I'm excited for episodes 5 and 6 on Friday 😊.
But I don't think the series started with "One upon a time" for no reason... like a fairy tale...probably because that's how Charlie imagines it...but it won't be like that, none of the characters are as the legend says...and when she realizes that, the battle between hell and heaven will begin and only one side will win. And when they realize that neither side can truly defeat the other... "Not single soul may leave this place... it is forbidden. By him" - Lucifer talking about God a compromise is forged... namely God and Lucifer create a new realm... "Purgatory"... and Charlie becomes its ruler to really give souls a second chance.
Poison without the visuals is amazing, but in context is heartbreaking, also, welcome to the "F#ck Valentino, you rotten piece of sht" Husk is the voice of reason for them, but Angel seems to be his weak spot to some extend, despite being so annoyed when Angel flirts with him, maybe because he sees the potential Angel has to redeem
you’re way too hard on charlie who was only trying to help someone who was being abused. no one knows what to do or how to behave in that situation and clearly she’s learning.
I hate it whenever people can't just watch it and react and instead have to f****** talk through the whole thing. Just what you doing a reaction video doesn't mean you have to talk to the whole damn thing.
Angel also died a good thirty years before Husk. They may be different physical ages, but they've existed around the same amount of time. Just, Angel's had more time in hell and Husk had more time on Earth.
I don't know if you need to hear this, and I do love your videos, but you don't have to talk-all-the-time. We can tell you try to comment on everything and avoid to be silent out of fear of being percieved as boring (or basic, idk). But chillax, take your time, sometimes observing is just enough. Otherwise you miss a lot of stuff by talking over constantly.
Please just let me do what I want. This is me and this how I like to do these videos. I don’t mean to be rude, but this is literally how I am. I don’t shut up ever, so it’s really nothing to do with a fear of being perceived as boring. I’m literally like this

And then I lost the plot part way through and started gushing.)
Also if anyone’s interested in sources or learning more lmk I’m on mobile but I can post stuff later when I’m not about to go to bed!
Some people might engage in repetitive sexual encounters as they offer support to the nervous system in repairing that broken cycle of safety and re-establishing agency over one's sense of self and especially, their body.”" The Article: www.vogue.in/content/hypersexuality-is-the-reaction-to-sexual-trauma-that-no-one-talks-about
The study mentioned in that snippet is "Hypersexuality and Trauma: a mediation and moderation model from psychopathology to problematic sexual behavior": pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33229025/

I haven't made it through all of those yet so some of them may need to be taken with a grain of salt depending on if there's newer research out disproving them, this is something I've only recently started looking into properly myself.
That's a movie I still have not seen!!
@@MikeyVenture It's a great movie. You should definitely give it a watch sometime.
Some amazing music in it. I study jazz guitar in college (you have to study an instrument if your major has anything to do with music). And this semester I convinced my professor to let me learn "Almost There" as my semester piece. It's so good
@@JAce94007 Nice 😊
Val's smoke I think sedated Angel in that one scene. It's probably the same thing used to spike his drink
Someone theorized that Val’s saliva is used in Velvet’s love potions.
Yes, cuz some moths use their saliva (which has pheromones) to make their partner more receptive to advances.
Makes you wonder what answer he wanted out of Charlie, like he went right in with a full arm lick. I’m guessing her high power level makes her immune.
@@renimusprime I'm actually impressed how quickly that spread. Wrote that just yesterday and I keep finding it everywhere. :D
@@Suthekand honestly it’s a good theory and a logical one at best!
I also saw a theory that him licking Charlie's arm wasn't just him being a creep, but actually testing his powers, seeing if he could get her under his spell, because any overlord who can accomplish that can basically take over everything, as the only ones more powerful than Charlie are her parents.
12:26 stolas? Lol that was funny to imagine XD
Haha I’m so glad I caught myself 😂
Considering his boyfriend is a flipping TV, you'd think that Val would have more secure electrical maintenance.
They’re not even together
I love that Valentino's wings form his pimp coat AND a freaking cape!!
What brings me to another theory:
Valentino owns Angel Dust's soul
Alastor owns Husker's soul
And what if.. Lilith owns Alastor's soul? And that's why he is there helping Charlie.?
I'm pretty sure Alastor is on Lilith's leash, yeah..
@@Daesma999 Mmmm kinky!
I want to see Angel happy and safe in this season.
So do I really hope they can either get Angel out of the contract or 2 get rid of Valentino’s power as an overlord
Thanks for the vid! This episode is really heartbreaking and I really hope for the best for Angel. Its really important to talk about those subjects. I really glad to see someone who acknowledge the heavy subjects in Angel's character and a lot brush it off.
I didn't realize how tall Angel was until the very end of this episode when Charlie hugged him
Yes, it's supposed to be uncomfortable.
I think Amazon actually added a content warning to it now. I saw something on Twitter about it
And that's by far the best example I've ever seen of a show dealing with a topic like that with grace
Overall, I'm just in awe that they went this far with the episode, and I'm just happy to see it handled so well. I'm not really sure hownto end off this ramble but I just wanna say:
Thanks so much for your reaction and your commentary and respect for people who have, and are, dealing with this.
You're a true gem, mate. ❤
The “Poison” scene made me shudder, it’s so disheartening 😣
I love the end of this episode. Despite being a ray of sunshine, virtually nobody is ever nice to Charlie.
"I hate the hold Valentino has over Angel" oh no wait about 10 minutes
Welcome on in!
Хех, та же фигня =)
This show realy does unite
Valentino be like "I own you!" and the thing is, it's legally in hell at least. And sure Valentino know he can't hurt Charlie with phisical strength/magick, but he see how nice and naivé she is..and people like this..exists and he will hurt her emotionally to get what he want.. and as long Angel can "use his talents" no matter how messed up he become.. Val will never let him go.
MY FAVORITE EPISODE, SONG AND SHIP ❤
Just to make it clear, I love this episode because of the direction they went and not the whole ab*se and violent stuff. Out of all the hotel crew, I do think Angel is the one that deserves to be saved the most.
Love your commentary on this episode everything you said was so accurate 🙌🏾
Not you missing the fact that Husk said he used to be an Overlord 🥲
I bring it up after the reaction in the review
LOL when you're in hell all you can ask for is company with your misery😂
Valentino was introduced before the first season because he was in the addict music video which was released before season 1
Angel Dust: "My story's gonna end with me dead from your poison."
Vivzie: "One of the main cast will die."
She actually said that? I thought it was just a theory
"he made a deal with Stolas" Lmfaoo
Hahahahah! The no balls thing might be because he’s a cat. Maybe Husk has been “fixed”. 😂😂😂
The section with "Poison" is equally loved and hated most people that hate it have never experienced it and those that loved it have felt that amount of poison in their life.
I can’t believe he missed the thing about Husker being an overlord lmao
Watch after the reaction. Like 20 seconds after the episode ends
Im bad at explaining sometimes😅 but yeah i dealt alot with that as well and forcing back never helps i can tell for sure, it never does, makes things worse..better to calm down for long enough til ya got the courage to return and try to fix things all over from a fresh start
finally someone who doesnt cut out like half the episode in their reaction
“Is that why He made a deal with stolas?”
Hahaha the amount of comments this slip up has gotten has been amazing 😂 At least I caught my slip up!
“Is that why he made a deal with STOLAS?”

By him" - Lucifer talking about God
a compromise is forged... namely God and Lucifer create a new realm... "Purgatory"... and Charlie becomes its ruler to really give souls a second chance.
Ah yes, Stolas. My favorite radio demon.
Haha I love that I’ve been getting called out for it. I did correct myself eventually 😂
You probably didn't notice, but Val makes squeaking sounds like a moth.

I love your viewing reaction. This episode made me emotional, up and down. I hope Angel has a good ending.
3:47 ULCK! Gross! Show o' hands, that's gross, even by HELL'S standards, right?!
you’re way too hard on charlie who was only trying to help someone who was being abused. no one knows what to do or how to behave in that situation and clearly she’s learning.
I don’t think I was being overly hard on her or unfair with what I said
I don’t think contracts are forever I wonder when angels contract expires 🤔
People dont like the song poison, they dont think it suits the scene but its great imo. Shows how hes perceived vs how he really feels
