Sitting here in Florida and saw a notification that you had posted a new video. Even though it’s in the middle of a workday man it does make me smile, well done Lucy
Thanks Lucy for the video on Trou Aux Cerfe. This is one place we haven’t visited on Mauritius and we will definitely make a trip up there on our return later this year. Have missed the island over the last 2 years. A fantastic country and charming people. Can’t wait.
Stunning video.. love how you don't overlook all the nooks and crannies, that the island has to offer!.. I've always found the mountains amazing whilst riding the buses from the beaches.. the views from Curepipe at night is amazing.. esp when all the lights come on, around the island.. from T.Cerf
It is on my list :). Hopefully the volcano will sleep forver because several seem to be very awake lately. Drone shots of mountains always look cool. Make sure they make some nice magnets to buy so i can decorate my fridge and finally continue my magnet collection next year :) Thx for the video Lucy.
Brilliant as usual Lucy but what people don’t all the mountain ranges in the distance that you can see from Trou aux Cerfs are actually the remnants of a giant caldera. In short we all live on the remnants of a beautiful giant volcano 🙂
My husband and I recently booked a trip to Mauritius for the end of November. Your videos have been and continue to be very helpful in helping us plan our trip and get to know the island better before we visit it. We love your filming and video styles in all of them. Thank you so much for your work!!
Thanks Lucy, If it's not to much trouble, would you mind answering a couple questions about Mauritius. We're thinking of leaving Australia (a recently founded penal colony) where we're treated as second class citizens because we've declined the experimental vaccine. Does the same prejudice exist in Mauritius ie denied entry to everything except to purchase food and fuel? Also do feel that you are free in Mauritius ie no digital ID cards and govt intrusion into your life? Thanks Vic
PS* If not Trou aux Cerfs, the politicians and the rich are so afraid to even walk in Mauritius, that they go jogging in Hyde Park in London! THEY CAN AFFORD IT, AS THEIR SALARIES ARE FROM 500,000 RUPEES / MONTH!😅
Hi Lucy. Pls share the most upscale areas of Mauritius foreigners can live in please? Green. Beautiful. Peaceful. With mountain or sea view. Convenient to get to shops etc. Thank you so much 🗺🙏🏻
What? This volcano is dormant? I was told at school they are all dead. God, One day this volcano will destroy the island when erupted again.Oh well, I am safe in the UK.LOL.
I was there yesterday, so lovely and beautiful Trou Aux Cerfs
It is very nice there. Glad you liked it.
Back in the old days there used to be someone that sold one of the best Dholl Puri in Mauritius. Such a beautiful place. Thanks Lucy 😊
Only a pleasure. There was no good for sale on that day, but I reckon there’ll be someone selling snacks and beverages very soon.
There are loads!! My old man is Mauritian, but everytime he got me one, he'd have to ask for no chilli!!
Trou auxf cerfs is superb so easily accessible by road
Excellent video and sublime drone shots - those mountains !
Thanks very much Kerry!

Yep, it’s dormant and can indeed erupt again! Thanks for watching.
@@LucyLeheilleix hopefully that never happens but if it ever does the "Beverley Hills of Mauritius" will be the cheapest land around the island.
Very true Jay 😳
