    Sis great tips you share to everyone. Even me I don't know that you can place the banana leaves in the clothe and use iron to wilt it. Wow you can do it in many ways. Thanks for sharing Sis... I love banana leaves, I use it to wrap my rice for my lunch going to school

    Yes sis this is it a very insightful upload. This is how banana leaves is prepared in Africa for cooking, wrapping, serving etc. One Four Six like my sis what an Awesome 10: 49 minutes well spent enjoying this banana leaves preparation . I love the sound It makes while cutting it brings back sweet memory of my Childhood days. The taste is Heavenly When used for cooking Bean cake. Moi moi . My mum does the boling Water method too.     Daghan ko memories sa dahon saging. Mao ni among gamiton pra iputos sa among baon pra paniudto during elementary days. Ang resulta lami kaayo ikaon bisag bulad lng ang sud an.       Yes, absolutely! you can do that way- make sure you defrost the leaves before wilting.

    which side do u use , the shiny side or under side. al u dont wash? Also I followed and did Pasteles Puertoriquenos, The leaf smells like leaf and left strong taste on the pastel> I notice your final product is like brown and not a green leaf. Am I supposed to wilt till brown?
