For someone that doesn't have a meat grinder:
Could I just blitz hotdogs in a food processor and make patties out of them that way? This looks delicious but I don't know if I'll ever get a meat grinder.

If you watch the video you’ll hear me say we used to make hotdogs at restaurants i worked at. Especially when we had a late night hot dog fried rice dish that was sooo good. If you take all these steps to make it yourself it’s a way nicer product than just buying a pre packaged dog
